    I *had* to log a vote on my Mom's behalf.  She called to ask if I'd watched tonight's ep.  She asked if they'd gotten a new writer because she did NOT like it.  :-)

    No. William Harper has written a few episodes for S5, 6,7, and now 8. Generally he's a good writer

    It was alright.  I still think that the Yang / Altman storyline has taken a weird turn and I don't get the point of it.  It's also weird that after being so hateful toward Alex, Meredith and Christina seem fine with him now, like nothing ever happened.  On the bright side, Arizona was good in this episode and April started to show a glimmer of competence.

    Since she left a phone message I couldn't explain to her that there's more than one writer on every show.  :-)   I'm not even sure what it was she didn't like.  I'm betting it was  a storyline my Mom didn't agree with which happens.
