    Wow! That was really great!
    That cold intro grabbed me immediately. The  opening credits were one of the better non-HBO show opens I've seen in  while! 

    Okay, the Fades makeup was not fabulous, but it was fairly good and they did the right thing only showing quick edited glimpses of it in shadow. They introduced the show's mythology in very smart ways throughout the episode. Well they STARTED to introduce it... a lot yet to learn of course.

    One episode in and I actually already care about the characters. That does not always happen in the first season. .. even for shows I like. It had a great sense of realism, dark and gritty, but yet they pulled it off in a sympathetic way. I feel invested... scary stuff...

    When I saw Neil dragging the chair and duct tape into the next room I thought to myself..... "This can't be good!" It wasn't... ow!

    This is one of my favorite pilots of the season for sure.I hope they keep the tenor of the series like the pilot and don't go down the quirky campy roads so many of these supernatural genre series do. The Fades has a lot of potential, but is already off to a great start!

    I really loved it, Mac is hiralious. I really felt for Paul's problems and it was super creepy as well.

    I just got to see this and absolutely loved it. From start to finish I couldn't stop watching and I can't wait for the next episode. If you haven't seen it and you like creepy supernatural shows you will probably love it too. Definitely one of my favorite new shows of the new season so far!!
