  1. Loved it, especially since the team is now back together! It's already better than the trainwreck that was last season!

  5. It was good, but not great and will probably be an episode I do not watch again when I rewatch the series. More about the team than the unsub and I watch the series for the cases mostly.

I actually laughed when Prentiss walked into the room and the music was amped up for the emotional return. All the viewers knew she alive and returning and we the viewers are the ones hearing the score music - not the BAU team members who were unaware. XD A bit overdone....Plus I rarely like episodes of any series that show you the end and then go back in time to show you how it started, whatever that non-linear technique is called (anachronic?).

Hotchner looked bad... yikes. Thomas Gibson aged about 10 years during the hiatus.... or lost weight and it's not a good look for him. That's neither here no there tho.....

I liked them showing how Prentiss' "death" affected the team - Reid in particular. Him at the gun range so frequently is a very strong statement of his emotional state after her "loss" His refocusing on his pistol training paid off during the firefight! I loved his handling of the committee too... Go Reid!

I thought it would have been funny if they said that Ashley went to Sam Cooper's team. XD

  6. I love the fact that the three women actually got a scene together (albeit it was short). More importantly we got to see JJ and Emily's friendship, which was really cool.

  14. So happy they are all back and criminal minds has finally started again! I thought the ep was great, loved the little bits of pieces back in time. Did hope we'd have got more to see of the team dynamics, a little more emotion maybe (Hotch!), and a little from what Emily 's been up too!

  15. I am happy with what they did with Emily's return.
I was scared it would go over the top with the emotional thing, but I was pleased to the reaction of the team when Prentiss entered the room (and kinda laughed at the melodramatic increase of the background music there)... reaction that got me a weird look from my family at such an emotional time of the episode :P
It is good to have them back together.
I also liked Emily faking to think about getting her position back in the team, it was cute, and oh so "Prentiss-ish"
