The opening number was great, Dean Pelton was great, John Goodman was great, Michael K. Williams was okay, Abed's shrieking was funny, and it was a decent episode overall.
Loved it! Nice to see that the Cougartown (or whatever they decide to name it) love is still alive and well. Just way too much to gush over, but am very happy my comedy block is back! (now if they can just get rid of "Whitney").....
I loved it. The musical scene was... WTF? In a very good way :), and I think it shows some of Jeff's thoughts about Annie/Jeff this season. The episode was weird but funny enough, and I loved all the references!

Heh it was nice seeing Annie again. Oh, and everyone else too...
ReplyDeleteIt was NOT nice NOT seeing Annie's Boobs :(
ReplyDeleteI'm more of an eyes and smile kind of guy, so I can live with that. ;)
ReplyDeleteIm more both, so i can live with both. Or one of the things. Jesus, Allison Brie makes me blush almost...
ReplyDeleteAt least Annie's Boobs were referenced courtesy of Troy.
ReplyDeleteLoved all the references in this one. Glee, Downton Abby, 2001, Doctor Who, The Shining, and Breaking Bad. Doesn't get much better.
ReplyDeleteKind of disappointed in how they handled the Pierce situation but they more than made up for it with Chang at the end. Genius.
Lots of great pop culture references. Loved it.
ReplyDeleteExactly. If it was Chang running around in the vents the whole time, what happened to Annie's Boobs?

ReplyDeleteAfter watching this episode, it's been determined that Abed is my TV show soul mate!

ReplyDeleteIt was fantastic! From the opening scene to the end. Although I was a little disappointed not to get a little Troy-Abed scene at the end :(
