Going into its 13th season, Law & Order: SVU is undergoing its biggest shake-up in its history.

I can't imagine why Meloni left. Makes no sense. The series is dead in the water without him--and his career is dead and buried without the show. Who's going to hire him for anything at this point? He's known as Det. Stabler, identified so completely with that role he'll never work again as anything else. If he wanted to commit career suicide, that's his business, but it's sad he's going to take away other actors' jobs when the show goes down. (And their careers WILL be dead too; that whole group is typecast beyond ever escaping those roles.)
ReplyDeleteI disagree, first off just because he left doesn't meant that the show will go downhill. It hasn't even started yet, clearly you need to give this a chance before saying that. For you know things might be better than expected.
ReplyDeleteSaying what you said, really doesn't make a whole lotta sense. Keep an open mind, Meloni left because he wanted to move onto other things.
thanks :D
ReplyDeleteim definitely going to miss the benson/stabler connection i think they were one of the best duo's on tv. with that said im going into season 13 with an open mind hoping for the best!!!
