Jennifer Garner's Vandalia Films is developing a half-hour comedy at ABC Studios based on the book "The Geeks Shall Inherit the Earth."

Tome, by writer Alexandra Robbins ("Pledged," "The Overachievers"), follows seven different students with distinct quirks and how those personalities will prove valuable in adulthood.
