Shelby Corcoran (guest star IdinaMenzel) returns to the halls of McKinley High. Meanwhile, Mr. Schuester initiates a boot camp for some of the members of New Directionson the all-new "I Am Unicorn" episode of GLEE airing Tuesday, September 27 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GLE-302) (TV-14 D, L)

    Boot camp is an expression, used in its slang form, meaning a very strict, disciplined, and condensed form of training. 

    The origin of the slang term "boot camp" refers to the training that new US military recruits were put through before being given their first assignments.
