I don't get why they do musical numbers at the Emmys. They should do skits based on the categories that are being presented. They already do this with Comedy to an extent so they just need to take it a step further.
Jokes didn't really make me laugh. I sort of saw the potential, but it didn't click for me. About 2 minutes in I started getting bored. The Madmen segment was good.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Thanks! this is great
ReplyDeleteI already miss Ari Gold.........
ReplyDeleteI thought Jane Lynch was just a good host.. not near great, but I LOVED her Entourage joke..
ReplyDelete"A lot of people are very curious why I’m a lesbian … Ladies and gentleman, the cast of Entourage!" XD XD XD
I liked it at first, but then it went on too long and all I wanted to see were the awards.
ReplyDelete"There's no place like TV!"
ReplyDeleteI loved the Mad Men segment.
And then I noticed our local sponsors did cut into broadcast time.
yeah, that´s funny. Entourage was just ok, Ari Gold was...well...GOLD.
ReplyDeleteThe Mad men "scene" was funny too.
I hated it. Corny and Cheesy.
ReplyDeleteThe opening scenes were awesome. I really really enjoyed it a lot. No complaint from this peanut factory.

ReplyDeleteI thought it was a mess..It had a few extreme high-points and more things that just did not work, but overall I'd grade it "Average" I think.
ReplyDeleteSheldon, Ari/Lloyd, Ron Swanson, and Sue Sylvester were the best parts!
ReplyDeleteWow. Rubbish in my opinion. Compare that to some opening numbers and it's immediately forgettable!
ReplyDeleteDitto..
