Criminal MindsAfter a tumultuous year that saw her fired and her character written out abruptly, only to be brought back after widespread fan revolt, A.J. Cook promises that Criminal Minds' devoted following will be rewarded.The actress told me that the CBS drama's seventh season, which begins Wednesday night, is in large part inspired by the fans whose voices helped ensure the seven-member cast and its chemistry remain intact."The first seven episodes all offer personal very moments," she said, promising stories delving deeper into the characters viewers have grown so attached to. "This season is, in many ways, a season for the fans."

ReplyDeleteI didn't make a concious effort to stop watching after she left and Padget's role was cut down, but I found the show no fun at all if I'm honest. I'll def be tuning in again this season :D
ReplyDeleteIt's good to have them all again. There is just something about each of the characters that tight them up together...

ReplyDeletewhat u have to be kidding right! what planet have u been on! like u did c emily with JJ last season right? they left the door open! and JJ had 2 leave the show & take care of her son in which she was realy pregnant!

ReplyDeleteme too I have cable so I can pause it & skip the commercials, I do that & with both my tv's I run to see the other one & pause & come back to see another show so I realy dont miss any of them, is that cool or what
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what you are getting at? I watched the first 2 episodes of last season and that was it, so I never saw how Paget's role was reduced. I'm afraid that with Garcia as the only female lead I found the program unwatchable as I am not a fan of her character at all :p
ReplyDeleteAJ was fired, it wasn't her decision to leave, she was unhappy about it on twitter at the time, I can remember it clearly. Paget's reduced role was also not her choice. It was the fan reaction and extreme drop in viewing figures that pressurised the producers to get both actors back full time :)
