The finale was a game changer but the last few episodes are going to have to rev things up. This season has felt floundering. I was excited when Max died because I thought it would give the season the kick it needed. It didn't. Now I hope this does.
You don't understand I can't fail. Has Micheal really ever failed? I must confess I really don't like the character Anson. Of course, I am sure we aren't suppose to like him. I am looking forward to the next half of the season but....I feel something is missing. Haven't figured out what yet.
For me, I've been waiting for some remnant of the company that burned Michael to return and I figured out it was Anson almost immediately after he was introduced, especially when his "wife's" house had blown up early. Maybe he isn't what you/we were expecting as the head honcho of it all, but hopefully next season will make yours, and my, opinion of him change. And of this I have no doubt as Burn Notice does do so well to entertain and draw me in.
I think it keeps the Burn Notice story interesting bringing back the leftovers from the organization that burned Michael. Anson may be the male version of Carla. I hope Michael can find a way to outsmart this guy and hopefully Pearce doesn't get wind of it or it could blow up in Michael's face. The one thing that could make Michael lose it is if this guy tries to take Fiona out of the picture. Michael will do anything for her and especially now that they're more in love than they've ever been. It would kill him to lose her.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
