Thanks to Ilenya for the heads up.
Burn Notice has lined up a smokin’ trio for its upcoming finale.
Dean Cain, Eric Roberts and Kristanna Loken have snagged juicy guest-star roles on the USA Network smash, which returns November 3 with the final six episodes of Season 5.
Superman-turned-TV-movie-mainstay Cain will play Ryan, a cocky and dangerous CIA officer with years of experience in both field work and intelligence gathering who can sometimes be his own worst enemy.
Roberts’ character Reed, meanwhile, makes his living supplying foreign, unfriendly governments with sensitive information about the US. (He does this by finding American assets that can be compromised — disgruntled spies and the like — and getting them to sell what they know.)
Lastly, ex-Terminatrix Loken (a.k.a. Painkiller Jane) will potentially recur as Rebecca, a hotshot young CIA agent with counterterrorism experience who gets assigned to Michael’s team.
All three will turn up in December’s Season 5 closer.

ReplyDeleteOooo Superman! :D I used to watch the series when I was younger
ReplyDeleteI sure hope that this will be a phenomenal season finale! Can't go wrong with these guest stars.
ReplyDeleteThese episodes should be good, looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteDean Cain and Eric Roberts, hmmmm, not a big fan of either. Dare I say it. I couldn't even watch Dean as Superman. Sadly, he wasn't my hero. But...Burn Notice is a super show so I am not going to miss any episodes just because I don't like the actors.
ReplyDeleteUSA is having a banner year. It will be interesting to see what Dean Cain is doing these days. I haven't seen him since he was doing some Ripley's Believe or not-type show.

Since when does Michael have a team at the CIA? (I'm assuming they're referring to the CIA since the government cant very well order someone to hang around with Fi and Sam.)
I agree. Counterintelligence (like Jesse used to be) were people that were not on Michael's side. I'd rather see Michael, Fi, Jesse and Sam work to fight the bad guys. The CIA uses Michael for jobs because if something goes wrong, the CIA can walk away from it and Michael takes the blame.
ReplyDeleteI wish MIchael could ally her on his side to go after Anson. She worked with Max. If he could get her on his side, she and the CIA could help him conquer the remaining people in the organization that burned Michael. Looks Anson has new recruits in Cain and Roberts.
