A NANNY IS KILLED IN A HIT-AND-RUN, AND THE CHILD SHE WAS WATCHING GOES MISSING, ON ABC'S "BODY OF PROOF"

Guest Starring Joanna Cassidy as Joan Hunt and Cliff Curtis as Derek Ames

"Missing" -- Megan investigates the death of a young nanny run down by a car and discovers that her 5-year-old charge has been kidnapped -- and requires medication. A handsome FBI agent, Derek Ames, (Cliff Curtis, "The Last Airbender") is assigned to the case. Meanwhile, Bud comes under scrutiny when an interrogation of the prime suspect in the kidnapping takes a wrong turn; and Megan's mother, Joan (Joanna Cassidy), offers to help her, but Megan is leery - is it just a PR stunt for her mother's re-election? -- on "Body of Proof," TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Body of Proof" stars Dana Delany stars as Dr. Megan Hunt, Jeri Ryan as Dr. Kate Murphey, John Carroll Lynch as Detective Bud Morris, Nicholas Bishop as Peter Dunlop, Sonja Sohn as Detective Samantha Baker, Geoffrey Arend as Dr. Ethan Gross and Windell D. Middlebrooks as Dr. Curtis Brumfield.

Guest starring are Cliff Curtis as Special Agent Derek Ames, Stephen Barker Turner as Tom Parker, Keira Naughton as Jennifer Parker, Slaine as Kevin Roban and Joanna Cassidy as Judge Joan Hunt.

"Missing" was written by Matthew V. Lewis and directed by Eric Laneuville.

"Body of Proof" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate.
