  3. I really feel this show is going to be for a select audience.  I sure hope not.  Again another show that should be on cable and not regular TV.  Only time will tell.  Loved the video!  I am certainly going to watch it.

  6. Well, it's not on one of the major channels, it's on FX, a cable channel. They can get away with anything on that channel except saying the F word.

  7. The lesson here is stay away from old nasty houses and the creepy girl from next door when she says you goin' to die!

  8. Well, that wasn't very creepy.  But it was enough for me to think I won't be completely annoyed watching the pilot.  But honestly, it's such a stock set up that I'm still not convinced this won't be a mess.  I'll just have to wait and see.

Does anyone else feel like the publicity may be doing more harm than good in terms of anticipation for the show?

  9. Also they're not looking for a 10 or 11 rating.  FX can let a 2.0 show try and gain an audience.

  10. Anytime you are looking at a genre like sci fi or horror it's a select audience.   That's always been the most depressing thing for me about genre shows being on the networks.  They don't pull giant numbers (Lost is the first one I can remember) so they always wind up being cancelled quickly.
