Easy for me today; Benjamin Linus and Peter Bishop.
ReplyDeleteThink Ben's got a tough job on his hands today though...
Oh wow no one voted for Meredith. How sad it that? Just can't compete w/my Peter.
ReplyDeleteKath and Peter.
ReplyDeleteSame :)
ReplyDeleteKatherine and Meredith just 'cos I didn't think they make it so far.
ReplyDeleteWhat an unusual reason to vote for someone for! :P
ReplyDeleteNo contest here:
ReplyDeleteBen "Lying-to-us" and Peter Bishop
Peter Bishop and the crazy Ben Linus
ReplyDeleteEasy for me:Ben and Peter...they both are important characters in my two favourite shows, especially Ben who i consider one of the best characters of all time!!!
ReplyDeletePeter Bishop all the way. Can't wait for him to come back into the lives of the rest of Fringe :)
ReplyDeleteBen & Peter
ReplyDeleteI love Katherine, always randomly ripping poor teenagers' spines in half for no apparent reason, but even her morbid antics aren't up to par with Mr. Linus.
Today was hard. The first poll had two characters and shows I love, the second poll had 2 shows I've never watched
ReplyDeleteAs much as katherine is an awesomely evil character, my vote had to go to Ben. No evil character can compare to bens ruthlessness and he's been being evil for much longer. Such a great character to watch
Second poll I voted for the guy from fringe because I really don't like meredith from what I've seen of Greys anatomy
Ben and Meredith!
ReplyDeleteDamn. Today was a hard pick! I love both Ben and Katherine as characters. They are both immensely complex characters and played by such a great actor/actress. Even though Ben is one of the most interesting and evil characters on television, I had to go with Katherine, because its rare to find awesome chick villains.
ReplyDeleteI know. Don't know what got into me. Pity, maybe. They are surely going to get beat hard today.
ReplyDeleteBen!
ReplyDeleteThe first was easy. Ben FTW. But the second... I LOVE Meredith but had to go with my currently nonexisting Peter Bishop.
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Peter Bishop for me today. Purely a bracket thing for the first poll as I don't watch either show, went for Peter Bishop in the second poll because I like the character (and the show) and I can't stand Grey's Anatomy.
ReplyDeleteEasy one today Ben and Peter...
ReplyDeleteBen and Peter. Easy.
ReplyDeleteMeredith is losing against a man who doesn't even exist lol
ReplyDeleteHow can't Ben and Peter win?
ReplyDeleteBen and Peter. You know, I would have liked to vote for Katherine at least once but she went up against Linus and that totally hosed me.
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Peter Bishop :)
ReplyDeleteIt does kinda suck. Especially if Elena continues...I prefer Katherine over Elena...
ReplyDeleteonly Peter for me! :)
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Peter Bishop!
ReplyDeleteI would like TVD to expand the Katherine character even if it meant that Elena would get less screen time.
ReplyDeleteLooking over the matches, round 2 is significantly easier for me to vote than round 1 was. Too bad so many great characters had to go against each other. Today is one of those easy choices - Katherine, who was one of the best things about what I've seen of the Vampire Diaries, and Peter Bishop, who for me is the best thing about Fringe. Today should be a pretty divisive day in the brackets.
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely try Fringe when you have the chance. I think you would like it.
ReplyDeleteI am confused about one comment though. I thought Katherine was hundreds of years old, since she had already been a vamp for a while before she turned the Salvatore brothers. Is Ben really that old?
This may be one of the easiest polls I have ever taken.
ReplyDeleteThese 5 words say more than enough for explanation......
Benjamin Linus and Peter Bishop.
I do too, but in the Pantheon of Great TV Characters, Ben Linus is at a place of honor while Katherine is at best an honorary member....
ReplyDeleteIF he goes into his secret backroom and twists/pushes the rock to call Smokie.... well,...
ReplyDeleteCan smoke monsters / tortured souls kill vampires?
Ben and Peter, pretty easy choices :).
ReplyDeleteKath in the first one to go with my bracket and the second one was easy, Peter
ReplyDeletePretty easy vote today for me: Ben and Peter.
ReplyDeleteFirst one was easy - Ben. He was at the center of most if the best moments in Lost, and his character was certainly unique. Katherine's character is a bit of a cliche, the evil self-centered woman who speaks like a bored socialite. Nothing unique there.
ReplyDeleteThe second was harder. Even though I like Fringe better, I voted for Mer. What can I say? "Dark and twisty" was kind of catchy. I don't think Peter has been developed as much as he needed te yet.
Peter!
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Peter Bishop : )
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Meredith Grey..............but i voted for Peter Bishop to
ReplyDeleteAlthough I hate Katerina (because she is a psychotic bitch) I admire Ninas talent to play two so different characters (Elena is the opposite of Katerina).
ReplyDeleteSo I voted for Katerina. And Peter.
This is a joke right!!!
ReplyDeleteAh, no duh...
Peter Bishop over Meredith Grey
And Ben Linus over ah.... ANY VILAN
Your a LOST guy, your gonna LOVE Fringe, try it out and don't give up because it gets AMAZING after the second half of season 2
ReplyDeleteWatch the 12 clips: past + present+ future on fox.com to recap before Friday. They are really good.
ReplyDeleteKatherine and Meredeith :)
ReplyDeleteKatherine is one of the only interesting characters in TVD, in my opinion. Loved it when she was the big bad, and not Klaus :/
Peter Bishop...Ben Linus.
ReplyDeletei am 100% watching fringe the second school finishes, its been on the top of my need to watch list for a long time now but i need to wait for my exams to be over first
ReplyDeleteby being evil for longer i meant on tv, ben's been around since season 2 of lost but katherine was only really in the most recent season of VD. so yeah, i didn't mean age wise, i meant time spent on tv wise. but i see how my comment was confusing :D
lost girl :D but yeah, i've loved it since day one
ReplyDeletei've been excited to watch fringe for a while, i just haven't had the time yet. but i'm gonna!! :D
i can't, i'd rather watch the whole seaosn before i dive into season 4 so i'm gonna have to wait 3 months before i can catch up
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Peter! And in the first poll: I'm gonna go with Katherine, I mean, I think Linus is really a great character, but honestly, I'm still blaming him for Charlie and that doesn't allow me to like him too much.
ReplyDeleteCome on Lost lovers Ben is LOSING
ReplyDeleteKaterina and Peter ofc!! :D Ive never liked Ben linus >.>
ReplyDeleteI don't like Katherine and I know nothing about Fringe, really, so I voted what I know.
ReplyDeleteBen should win this entire tournament. Linus was hands-down one of the best characters every created, from asking for a little milk to not moving on.
ReplyDeletekatherine she is beautiful vampire she is best...) katherine crazy girl...=DDD
ReplyDeleteBen and Peter. I´ll always vote for Lost and Fringe characters, there will be rare exceptions...
ReplyDeleteKatherine and Peter Bishop.
ReplyDeletePeter was the easy choice, went with Benjamin for the other.
ReplyDeleteThe "got any milk" scene with Jack and John was one of my favorites in the series.
ReplyDeleteThe first poll results at this moment are outrageous for me. Ben Linus is king.
ReplyDeleteI love The Vampire Diaries, but Katherine beating Ben Linus is just wrong on so many levels! Peter Bishop was an easy choice for me on the 2nd poll.
ReplyDeleteI voted Katherine and Peter
ReplyDeleteKatherine Pierce! She is the best!
ReplyDeleteKatherine & Meredith
ReplyDeletei don't watch the other shows
urgh..peter or meredith...tough choice!
ReplyDeleteBenjamin Linus and Peter Bishop. Come on, Ben is amazing, please vote for him!!!
ReplyDeleteEasy. Peter and Ben aka the man who never existed and one of the most awesome villain ever!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Katherine 'cause I've got a thing for bad girls!
ReplyDeleteКатерина!
ReplyDeleteBen and Peter. I don't watch Fringe although I keep getting told I should. I don't watch much tv though cause I lack the spare time. As for Ben he was always pretty cool IMO on Lost when I was watching it (way back in like seasons 1-4) also I don't watch VD because I hate the recent vampire craze even though I've always been a fan of stuff with vampires. Twilight just kind of kills any chance of me being able to get into a show with vampires and love triangles even though I adore Ian Somerhalder (too bad they killed Boone on Lost).
ReplyDeleteI never had a chance to get online until the polls had closed. But it's good seeing Peter Bishop taking the win,he would've got my vote.
ReplyDeleteGot it. That makes perfect sense. I thought that maybe there was some Ben twist I didn't know about. I understand the idea of waiting for the break to catch a new-to-you show. It's a whole lot more fun to have the time to do a marathon if the series warrants it.
ReplyDeleteFrom someone who watched the 3 seasons of Fringe in the last month or so, I think this is a wise move. Season 3 would lose all its punch if you just watched the clips.
