Episode 5.01
Hot Guy/Hot Girl:
Amelia is drunk and dancing on the bar. The men are loving it and the women are not. Hot Guy tells her to take it off. Amelia tells him she will need another drink for that. She takes Hot Guy's drink and starts dancing into Hot Girl's space. Hot Girl calls her a bitch and tells her to get off the bar. Amelia says there is no need for name calling. Hot Girl intentionally spills her drink on Amelia's feet.
Therapist:
Addison is talking to her therapist. She tells him/her that things are good, better than good. The therapist asks her if she is talking about home or work. Addison says that everything is getting back to normal at work. Therapist asks her how things are on a personal front that the last time she was talking about her relationship with Sam. Addison says they have decided to move in together. The therapist seems shocked and tries to cover his opinion. He asks her if she is excited about that. Addison says she thinks it will be a fresh start. The therapist asks her if she thinks she needs a fresh start. Addison says "doesn't everyone?" The therapist tells her that depends on what you're starting over from. Addison thinks about that.
David:
Joanna and David are sitting in the first class lounge at LAX amongst other disgruntle passengers. David tells Joanna that they made the right decision to go home. Joanna is unsure. David tells her that you don't just throw away a 15 yr marriage over one fight. Violet comes to Joanna and tells her not to get on the plane. Violet tells her she knows what it is like to be in a complicated marriage, but burying her concerns won't change the fact that he hit her (Joanna). Violet says somethings can't be forgiven. Violet gives Joanna her card and tells Joanna she can talk to her.
Concierge:
The concierge approaches Violet with a cell phone. She asks her if she is Violet Turner. Violet says "yes". Concierge tells her she has an emergency call from Doctor (not sure who the doctor is). Violet is worried and takes the phone.
Episode 5.02
Caleb/Elliot/Irv/Kara/Miranda:
They are all interviewing for a job position at the practice. Addison, Sam, and Benjamin Bratt's character (altogether) are interviewing them. Caleb mentions he did his residence in endocrinology in four years. The others don't mention their field. Elliot tells them he is surprised to find them still open because of all the bad press with the medical board. The interviews don't go well because they are all terrible. Addison, Sam, and BB's character are left frustrated.
Lily/Greg/Jessica/Robert/Erin/Matt:
Lily's (8 yrs old) leukemia is back. She will need cord blood transfusion. Robert and Erin's son, Kip (who died in a car accident when he was four), is a match. They kept his cord blood in case their other son, Matt (a teenager now) ever needed it. They refuse to let Lily have the cord blood because they don't want to risk their son's life. Robert storms into Charlotte's office asking how they could do this to them. Charlotte asks him his who he is. Robert says his name is Robert Weston and the hospital used his son's cord blood without consent. Charlotte says she has his consent and shows him a copy of the form. Robert tells her that is not his signature. Charlotte figures it out and tells him there has been a misunderstanding. Robert tells her he told Cooper that he couldn't use Kip's cord blood, but after he left his house he was concerned. So, he called the hospital and they told him it had been used on a patient. He tells Charlotte the blood was not theirs to take. Charlotte tells him that needs to believe her that she will deal with this and Cooper. Robert says so will his lawyers and storms out.
