Two actors signed up to appear in Showtime's upcoming comedy about a management consulting firm, House of Lies.
Michael Rady (Melrose Place 2009) will have a multi-episode role as Wes, a conservative golden boy.
Nick Stahl (Carnivà le) will guest star as Kurt, a musician who makes Kristen Bell's character question what she really wants out of love and life.
House of Lies will star Don Cheadle (Marty Kihn), Kristen Bell (Marty's associate, Jeannie Van Der Hooven), Ben Schwartz (Marty's team member #1), Josh Lawson (Marty's team member #2), Glynn Turman (Marty's father), Dawn Oliveri (Marty's ex-wife) and Donis Leonard Jr (Marty’s son). Griffin Dunne will also have a multi-episode role as a consultant for Marty's firm.
Created by showrunner/executive producer Matthew Carnahan (Dirt), the pilot of this half-hour dark comedy was directed by Stephen Hopkins (24). The first season of House of Lies (12 episodes) will premiere on Showtime during the first semester of 2012, alongside the 5th season of Californication in January or the 4th season of Nurse Jackie in April.
