Burbank, CA (June 6, 2011) - This summer, Two and a Half Men returns for more laughs as Warner Home Video (WHV) releases the hit comedy's eighth season on DVD. Two and a Half Men: The Complete Eighth Season, featuring all 16 episodes, will be available on September 6, 2011 for $44.98 SRP. Over the past eight years, the hit series has been nominated for nearly 40 Emmys, two Golden Globes and has won four People's Choice Awards.
In Two and a Half Men: The Complete Eighth Season, hapless chiropractor Alan (Jon Cryer) decides it's time to move out of Charlie Harper's (Charlie Sheen) Malibu bachelor pad and shack up with his girlfriend Lyndsey (Courtney Thorne-Smith). But things take an unexpected turn when Alan, his teenage son Jake (Angus T. Jones), and Lyndsey wind up back under Charlie's roof after a fire breaks out at Lyndsey's home. Meanwhile, this season finds Charlie on his endless quest for Mrs. Right Now, and instead finding himself smitten with his lifelong stalker, Rose (Melanie Lynskey). At the same time, a desperate Alan attempts to save his failing chiropractic business with a ridiculous investment scheme. Season eight guest stars include Judd Nelson, Jenny McCarthy, Carl Reiner, Jane Lynch, Martin Mull and more.
