  1.  First one is tough... watched the first couple of Chuck episodes yday and loved Chuck & Sara. But then Mulder & Scully :S Gonna have to think about that one :P

Second one I don't care about... don't watch either. Good luck to both though!

  2.  Mulder & Scully are good, but Mr & Mrs Bartowski (YAY!!) are just too adorable!!

How can you not smile at this?

  3.  Of course voted for Chuck&Sarah, one of the best couples out there!
Second one,,, Chuck&Blair...although I have been losing interest in that couple for some time though, I am still nostalgic and they had some great moments.

Oh, also, just a little side-note. I don't vote Supernatural regardless of what it says..... I actually really like Dean+Castiel as a couple. I don't brainlessly vote anything that says Supernatural.

  4. I LOVE Chuck but Mulder/Scully has been a pair I've cared about since I was a kid so I can't not vote for them. Though I'm sure Chuck and Sarah will prevail though.

And I don't have any interest in GG so I'll give a vote to Rachel/Finn.

  5. Went for Chuck and Sarah, then Rachel and Finn.

  6.  Chuck & Sarah - Chuck & Blair

  7. Mulder and Scully are, well, Mulder and Scully. How many shows have attempted to recreate the fundamentals of their relationship? In all honesty, I consider them the original. I'm pretty certain they'll lose the poll, but with the idea of two opposite, equally intelligent, equally capable people that strengthened, as much as pushed, each other into better and wiser individuals, there really isn't much comparison. They didn't fight, scream, break up, go through love triangles or angsty jealousy (Sorry, Fringe. I'll forgive you eventually for it - after all, you did aim for unique and well-written and got there with some of it). These two respected each other deeply and didn't really go through that sort of drama in almost 10 years. And the amazing thing is that stripped of those elements it still remained lovely, if understated and chaste. So yes, the X-Files takes it for me. Probably one of only a few couples I ever appreciated on screen.

  8. Oooh, tough one up first, I love Chuck and Sarah, I really do, but i grew up watching the epicness of the Mulder and Scully will they wont they, so I just had to vote for them.

Second round was easier for me, I do watch both shows, but when I watch Glee I'm not watching for the Rachel/Finn storylines, whereas I do love Chuck/Blair in Gossip girl so thats who I voted for.

P.S. I'd also like to point out, like Eliza34 said, that I voted Dean/Cas yesterday because I like the pairing, not because it was supernatural. I cant think of another supernatural pairing I would have voted for over Caroline/Tyler, because I really do like them as a pairing, just not as much as Dean/Cas.

  9.  Voted Chuck and Sara.I  liked X-files and I liked Mulder and Scully, but I did not like them as a couple  I thought it almost brought down the series when they put them together. Call me old fashioned but a couples competition should be about couples - not two people that stand next to each other quite often. Second one was tough since I didn't watch one and loathed the other. I can't with clear conscious vote for a show I never watched... I could hate the couple! I respectfully abstain.

  10. The first time I've actually been sad about having to pick between two couples in this competition for Chuck & Blair and Finn & Rachel. I had to go with Chuck & Blair though, my OTP forever!

  11. Love Chuck and Sarah, but I'm an XPhilie...gotta got with Mulder and Scully

    ReplyDelete
  12.  voting against Mulder & Scully is blasphemy tbh

    ReplyDelete
  13. Mulder/Scully for the first one. Chuck/Sarah is good, but not comparable to how good was the Mulder/Scully relationship.
No vote for the second, don't watch either show.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Definitely Chuck&Sarah;) Especially after last episode!

  16.  Okay, I think it's really offensive to say that 'Clearly there are lots of Supernatural fans would will just stick by their show regardless of what it is they are voting in...'No, it's not like that. I'm not coming here every single time - in a site I never even have heard before that - just 'cause I'll stick with SPN. No, I'm coming here because I trully believe that Dean and Cas are a romantic couple, that they have chemestry and that their story keep us on the edge much better than must of the soo called "canon ships". Yes, I'm a Supernatural fan, but I would not be voting if the ship here represented was Dean Winchester and Lisa Braeden. None of us would.
It's just shows prejudice when you states that 'clearly' no one would be that much involved in a gay couple. Or ignorance if you believe the statement is justified by the fact they are not canon - you clearly don't know any fandom at all.
Besides, saying that 'it's up to others to beat them at the end of the day' shows that the poll is against this couple in particular, and I would really like to understand why.

  17. Chuck & Blair, Best couple EVER! ♥

    ReplyDelete
  18. I only voted for Mulder and Scully because (like a noobzor) that's the only show I've watched on this list. I gotta get into some Chuck. lol

    ReplyDelete
  19. I voted for Scully and Mulder because I watched the show when it originally aired and because they're my favourite TV couple along with Maddie and David from "Moonlighting." I have no idea who any of the other people are, though.

    ReplyDelete
  20. The first round was hard, but had to go with Chuck and Sarah.  No stupid alien abduction  plot there, which I still haven't completely forgiven X-Files for.  As for the second round ... couldn't care less.  Thanks to Chuck's moment of actual decency last night, I've gone from disliking the two to being more or less ambivalent, which is basically how I've always felt about Finn and Rachel.

    ReplyDelete
  21.  "will just stick by their show regardless of what it is they are voting in...", No, people are voting because Dean and Castiel are a really great couple. You should watch the show before you act surprised. will just stick by their show regardless of what it is they are voting in...", No, people are voting because Dean and Castiel are a really great couple. You should watch the show before you act surprised.

  22. Mulder and Scully of course!

    ReplyDelete
  23.  Agreed. Can't knock Chuck and Sarah as it's well known that I"m a huge fan...but Mulder and Scully are the first television relationship I found myself interested in. I admit, they had me shipping :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. Though I do like Chuck and Sarah too, Mulder & Scully = epic.

I happen to also feel that Dean/Cas is epic. In fact, I think it's MORE epic than Mulder & Scully, and I shipped Mulder & Scully pretty hard. Without going into a lengthy, point by point argument here, I shall just say this: I am certain that nearly everyone who voted for Dean/Cas did it because they also believe in the ship. Maybe you should take some initiative and ask why that is, instead of showing your prejudice and deciding the answer is blind loyalty voting.

    ReplyDelete
  25.  Mulder & Scully all the way. Best couple ever, they're THE model for most TV couples nowadays.

And I think Chuck and Blair are better than Rachel and Finn, even though I don't really care that much about neither of them.

    ReplyDelete
  26.  Chuck/Blair fans are liars and CHEAT on polls. They've admitted it and sent around instructions on how to "cheat" by erasing your browser cookies and voting multiple times. DISQUALIFY THEM PLEASE.

"Clearly there are lots of Supernatural fans would will just stick by their show regardless of what it is they are voting in..." Wow, Adam, could you be more tacky? You made a big deal about all the juvenile hate-comments in these polls and then you go say something as rude as that? Lol no hypocrisy there. Did it ever occur to you that there are /thousands/ of people in our fandom who view Dean and Castiel's relationship in that manner? Thousands of people who love it as much as another person might love Ross and Rachel? So you're just gonna discredit that as blind loyalty? Disrespect our opinion? Well screw you too, buddy.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Erm, why are Mulder and Scully losing? They're more epic than any other TV couple EVER! Come on M/S!

It looks like Chuck and Blair might actually win against Finchel....DIdn't expect that...I don't watch GG so I'm Finchel all the way...The first one was hard, but I voted for Chuck and Sarah because I haven't seen as much X-Files as I have Chuck...

    ReplyDelete
  31.  Chair may suck right now,but Finchel sucks since the very beginning of the show.

    ReplyDelete
  32.  Chuck and Blair of course! Especially after last nights' episode. They made me cry..honestly their scenes are just chemistry packed. Plus Glee is such a bad show LOL.

I've never seen the first two shows so can't vote.

    ReplyDelete
  33. The "stupid alien abduction plot" in "The X-Files" is actually a multi-layered metaphor (for the alien in 'me', i.e., for that which is alien in us/other than us, which goes back to the '50s McCarthy 'witch hunts' and the Communist 'red scare'; for Watergate-related infiltration - Watergate was one of the formative events of Chris Carter's youth, and Chris Carter is the guy who created "The X-Files"; for the fear of invasion into that which we seemingly have control over, i.e., our bodies, etc.) A piece of friendly advice, stick to what you know, kid.

    ReplyDelete
  34.  Chuck and Blair!

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was a little offended by that comment. I love the Dean/Cas pairing, I love the community of people who support it, and I love seeing us work together to represent our ship in this competition.

If it were a SPN ship I didn't support (say Sam/Cas or Dean/Sam), I wouldn't vote for it, but I wouldn't purposefully vote against it either, the way a lot of SPN fans seem to be voting purely against Dean/Cas. I love my show, and I do enjoy voting for it in polls, but only ones I think it deserves to win.

But hey, thanks for totally dismissing my opinions and preferences anyway. That's always fun.

    ReplyDelete
  36.  Yes Chuck and Sarah!!

Easily the best TV romance :)

    ReplyDelete
  37.  I actually loved the "alien adduction" arc. Not that I didn't like the "episode of the weeK' ones...but the mythology of the show was my favorite. I was also obsessed with aliens as a child...so, haha. with aliens as a child...so, haha.

  39. Voted Mulder/Scully, of course. And then Finchel.

Gotta say I was also insulted by your comment about Dean/Castiel. We're not voting for this because it's Supernatural. Maybe a few voted because they find it amusing or love the show but we didn't get over 5,000 votes for them because of that. In fact, as you've seen, plenty Supernatural fans voted purposely against Dean/Cas and there has been plenty of criticism in our fandom about this. A lot of people take the pairing seriously though. It's not a joke and I don't really appreciate being mocked. Just saying. :(

    ReplyDelete
  40. I get what you're saying but if you look back at past comment threads there are SPN fans who say they don't think Destiel is a romantic couple but are voting just because it is Supernatural. It has nothing to do with them being a gay couple or a non-canon relationship and it has everything to do with actual admissions from other SPN fans.

  49.  Yeah, you can't cheat here and thank you, Spoiler TV, for setting it up that way!

    ReplyDelete
  50.  Chuck and Blair are getting their points fairly, as Dark UFO said it's impossible to cheat on spoiler tv polls so anyone who is will be very disappointed.Dark UFO, thank you for making it this way, by the way. I'm a Chuck and Blair fan but I want it fair and square. We won the last one that way and ,here, whoever wins wins. It's supposed to be fun, it's not a life threatening poll or anything. People really need to step back and realize that-especially in the GG fandom.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Mulder and Scully and its not even close

    ReplyDelete
  52.  rofl at you rofling at my rofl

    ReplyDelete
  53. Mulder and Scully are together for 17 years. It's 17 years of history. Nothing can beat that.

    ReplyDelete
  54. True, but I've seen maybe a half a dozen of comments from SPN fans voting just 'cause where there have been dozens upon dozens from actual Dean/Cas fans. Taking those 5k+ voters and assuming they're mostly just along for SPN and not the actual ship is presumptuous and dismissive to the (very outspoken) DeanCas supporters making a real effort to promote this competition.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I know that. I was just trying to point out that the post summary wasn't intentionally biased and was based in fact.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Mulder/Scully all the way. I think Chuck/Sarah is cute, but I've been rooting for Mulder/Scully a lot longer.

I don't watch GG, plus I don't care about Glee, so no vote from me on the second one.

    ReplyDelete
  57.  I hated to not vote for Chuck and Sarah, but Mulder and Scully have been in my heart for 15+ years. (Oh, God. I'm old.) And I don't mind Finn and Rachel, but I love Chuck and Blair.

    ReplyDelete
  58.  Tough choices for me here, I like them all!

Side note I'd like to say I voted for Cas Dean because I like them as a couple not simply because I like supernatural, that's just silly. If you use that logic everyone is simply voting for their favourite show not couple (or perceived couple, *shrug*). There are plenty of couples on Supernatural I wouldn't vote for... Like Sam/Ruby, Cas/Sam, Dean/Lisa... Just wanted to put that out there ;) No need for bitter feelings!

    ReplyDelete
  59. I get what you're saying, but I agree with Amy - It's not soo much seeing the facts but chosing to take a small part of the people voting as the whole SPN fandom, and I'm sorry if I'm being a bit over sensitive in this case, but I do believe it only happens because most people are still to narrow minded to believe in a ship that is no heterosexual.

    :P"

Dude, seriously?!?? Would you say the same thing about any other ship? Why does there have to be slightly condescending commentary about Dean/Castiel every single time? Why can't you just announce it like any other (hetero) couple that wins a round of voting?

Not cool. I'll see your :P and give you a :| in reply.

  69.  Just a comment on this sentence in the intro: "Clearly there are lots of Supernatural fans would will just stick by their show regardless of what it is they are voting in... It shows a lot of passion! Also it's up to others to beat them at the end of the day :P"

Excuse you. Why would you automatically assume that I'm voting for my show and not my ship? Is it because it's a male/male ship? Really? Because it can't be the fact that it's not canon, not all of these ships are canon. I just find it insulting that Dean/Cas is automatically invalidated, and the votes *must* be just generic SPN fans. No. Some of us really do believe that Dean and Castiel's relationship is meaningful, and emotional, and beautiful, and we love it. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  70. OMG nooooooooooo MU&S lost? nono, they invented everything that we now see in the best relationships.  Sarah and Chuck are not even near them.

  73. To avoid the continual attacking of my Twitter feed for the past 24 hours, I'll say a final word to those people that I'm sure you should have seen by now I've shown a lot of support to Dean & Castiel regardless of whether I like them as a couple.
My totally non-offensive and impressed comment on the support the couple has had has been interpreted as always with an air of anger by the fans of the two.
If I somehow have that much of an impact on you as to have offended you, I apologise. I support all the couples in my poll and so you should view the comment as a compliment to the huge success that Dean & Castiel have had and the great and passionate fanbase Supernatural has. This is irregardless of whether you 'ship' Destiel. Supernatural is a great show, and I'm delighted to please the fans that like Destiel as much as I am cautious to not lose any non-Destiel Supernatural fans we have.

For the final time, it's a game, it's fun... don't take it too seriously :D

    ReplyDelete
  74.  Don't tell me...you're a Dair shipper. You're probably also one of the crazies who spam the writers on twitter 24/7 sending them links to domestic abuse sites (like they care), and are DEMANDING that Josh Safran owe you all an apology (more like apologising for the fact that Blair doesn't love Dan.).  If you guys spent the time volunteering at abuse refuges instead of 24 hrs a day on twitter I might actually believe the nonsense you're trying to make us swallow.  Give it up & get a life!
