Supernatural - Season 6 Finale Theories

May 18, 2011

With the Season Six finale of Supernatural only days away, fans are feverishly discussing what might happen. We know that one character will die and one will transform, but what does that mean? Will Cas turn out to be evil? Does the destruction of Sammy's wall mean he'll be mentally incapacitated? Is God really one of us? Here are five theories, some safe and some totally out of left field.

  1. Cas Will Fall: Our favorite angel appears to have gone way off-track in his attempts to win the battle against Raphael. He's teamed with the King of Hell after all, so there's no telling what else he's capable of. Personally, I think that the only way for Cas to go is down. Not to Hell, but maybe to Earth. My favorite Cas was during the fifth season when he was becoming more and more human as he slowly lost the power of heaven. It would be a humbling experience for him to have to learn how to be human, relying on the friends he's seemingly turned his back on currently. And we could tie up the angel storyline without having to cast Cas aside.

  2. Bobby Will Die: Every year we fear this. Last year he actually did die for a bit of time, thanks to Lucifer!Sam. But so far the adopted Winchester has managed to escape permanent death, for which we are eternally grateful. However, as we've learned many times on Supernatural, never say never. This has been the year of deaths. Remember, they killed off Rufus, which pretty much cemented in my mind that no one is really safe. I hope the boys continue to have their adopted father around to rely on because a world without Bobby is a dark world indeed.

  3. Sam Will Have All His Memories Erased: The preview clip shows this coming to fruition, but is it all a ruse? A temporary state? I can't fathom that the show would leave Sam with amnesia long-term, since not only would he be useless in the ultimate battle, but Dean just got his brother back. To have him return to a non-Sam state? Much sadness indeed. My take on it is that the preview clip isn't telling the whole story. We know the wall will fall and that it's going to be very hard on Sam, but he's got to be fully Sam by the time it really counts because you can't take one soldier out of the fight and lay the burden solely on Dean.

  4. Dean Will Have To Kill Cas:Well, he's already promised that he'll do whatever he must to stop Cas and Cas has turned his back on the offer of help, so are we setting ourselves up for an ultimate battle between Dean and Cas? I don't think their special bond will save them if it comes down to this. From my perspective, I'd be sad to see this, just as I'm sad whenever we have brother vs. brother. However, it does make good drama. Dean was the last one to think that Cas could be working on the side of evil and he's also come up against the betrayal of family time and time again. If forced, could he do it? I hope we never have to find out.

  5. Crowley Is God (Or At Least Not So Evil): This is the theory from left field, but this is Kripke we're talking about. I don't think we're going to see what's coming and this would certainly be something that no one could foresee. However, let's ponder it for a moment. Crowley helped the boys get the components they'd need to fight Lucifer last season. He was also suspiciously absent when the final battle went down. Does that mean that he's been playing a game that's not exactly evil? For myself, I love God!Chuck, so I'm not quite ready to give up on that idea, but I also adore Crowley and I find his character deliciously interesting. I would love if his character carried over to the next season, especially if he's pulled the wool over the Winchesters' eyes all this time.
So, what will we see in the finale? We'll find out in a few days. But until then, we can speculate. What are some of your theories on what will become of the characters in the Season Six finale?

  1. My favorite story line for Cas was season five as well. Plus I'm a sucker for a riches to rags then back to riches sort of story. I hope Cas doesn't become evil and he'll survive.

  2.  Interesting stuff. I also fear either Bobby or Cas will be put to sleep with the fish. Pretty sure next season's the last, so they probably wanna make a big game-changer. And with all these warning about pain for the boys in the season's end, my money's on Bobby. That, and I hope to see Misha again next season. (Nothing personal, Jim Beaver).

In any case, PLEASE don't make Crowley S7's big-bad. I love Mark Sheppard, but Crowley had a good run this season, and a bit in season 5. About time he gets ganked.

About Sam, I think his memory will return somehow, but with the wall collapsing and bringing back all his memories of hell and that lost year will drive him insane. And even if not so, he will do something\s very un-Samlike.

  3. I'm starting to believe that Crowley is indeed God or a god. Not a totally evil force. If it is correct then he might be testing the resolve of Cas (since he did bring Cas back last season). Looking forward to Friday!

  4.  CROWLEY IS GOD.

    what. where. HOW.

    ReplyDelete
  5. I don't think that Crowley is God coz writers won't bother about creating his human history as Fergus in the first place. But then again it's Eric & it's Sera, so nothing is impossible. I think Sam memory loss is a flashback or an alternate universe kinda of thing whereby him & soulless Sam finds a common ground. I actually think Dean might die...again & Sam lost his memory & by the request of Dean who as usual think its ok to sacrifice himself by the help of Cas. Sam losing his memory would make sure Dean stays dead & the hell would not harm him as he doesn't have any memories at all. Raphael & Crowley might die. & I think Chuck the God will make an appearance.

  6. I hope Cas will be OK. And at the end he will be OK with the Winchesters too. Maybe it's Lisa or Ben going to die?

Sam without any memories? If they won't fix it on this season then perhaps he will back to college for a while, live like a normal person or something?

    ReplyDelete
  7. If he is that would be one heck of a twist indeed.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Highly doubt it. He has no interest to keep the Winchesters alive, IMO, and if he was God, he could've them blasted both of them and Cas with a finger snap

    ReplyDelete
  9. I hate that so many people are acting like Cas is doing bad things and turning his back on the guys. The way I see it, he seems to be the only one (aside from Crowley) who seems to give a damn about the Apocalypse happening again and I can't consider what he's doing "turning his back" on them because he is trying to do whatever it takes to save them. I'd say it's Sam, Dean, and Bobby who are turning their backs. Since when do they not care about the world ending?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Also, I think Crowley as God would be a brilliant and, for the most part, shocking plot twist.

    ReplyDelete
  11. If I should choose between Bobby and Cas, I would sacrifice Bobby and keep Castiel on the show. I do love Bobby to pieces but Cas gives Supernatural a... well... supernatural dimension. In any case, I hope Cas doesn't die and Misha Collins doesn't leave the show, that's my only wish.

  12. If Kripke posits Crowley as God I would definitely consider he'd lost his noggin to the most out of left field idea ever. Plus it would be lazy and an easy out, neither of which I believe Kripke is - so hopefully he's got a left field out of left field for us and it will blow our minds.
It makes me slightly bemused when people say the heaven and hell story is done - when is it ever done? 6 thousand years and still it rages on. It has many forms and whilst Kripke had not foreseen it going past season five, clearly the Angel's exist so for them just to leave altogether is lame. Sorry but I like the Castiel character and I've already stated that the only way I can feasibly see Cas as staying is for him to fall, if Bobby dies and I've had a sneaking suspicion he will myself (which is sad, and a shame but he bails them out as often if not more than Cas has.) I love the show with just the boys, but I think it might have lost a lot had Castiel not been in the mix and offer such wild and weird stories.
I am peeved with people deciding abitrarily that Castiel is in the wrong - Dean and Sam have worked with how many evil demons how many times? They are not flawless or whiter than white.
Cas has learnt this from them and whilst he regrets his choices he can't see another way, no matter how hard you look, Dean and Sam did not deal with Lucifer alone, Castiel and a cast of others allowed this.

Dean often promises things he does not follow through on -or why is it he didn't track down two hunters that shot them back in Season 5!

    ReplyDelete
  13. And Mark has hinted that you've never seen Crowley's eyes turn red or black...so maybe he's something else.

    ReplyDelete
  14.  i agree with the part that Bobby will die and Cass will become human. Because i can't really think what else that one translation could be. Last season we've watched Cass losing his powers slowly and actually it was really fun to watch. Maybe this time he'll fall and become completely human. Not slowly this time, suddenly. And then we can see his trying to make things up with Sam and Dean after all the things he did and trying to be human at the same time. As for Bobby, i don't really want him to die, i mean he's been like a father to the boys, but this season, he had a lot of screen time. I mean he was with the boys almost every hunt. Like Ben Edlund says: You need to love something before you feel the loss. It's just a guess but i can't even imagine how much losing Bobby would hurt the boys. And about Sam, I HAVE NO IDEA!! I mean it'll be bad and emotional and they won't let Sam turn into a drooling vegetable on the floor for the rest of the show but i have no idea how they will deal with this. In the promo, Sam was talking with himself, more like talking with his "skinned alive" soul, and in the sneak peek, he was saying that he doesn't remember anything. Thanks to these, i have so much more questions in my head now and i have no clue. But they can't make him forget everything. We've just got our Sammy back, they can't take him away from us again. It'd be too much. Finally, Crowley. Mark keeps saying that how do we even know Crowley is a demon while we've never seen his eyes turn black or red. After i heard that, i think there's a lot of things about Crowley that we haven't figured out yet. Of course i have no clue about that either. But what i do know is that, this season finale is going to be epic. And it's only a few days away from us. This waiting is killing me!

I read a post on Twitter last night from Ben Blacker (BenBlacker), one of the new writers hired for next season, to Jim Beaver where he said he was looking forward to making his life hell.  Sounds like he means next season.

I think Lisa and Dr. Visyak will be the deaths, based on the photos being released.  Maybe Raphael will also die.  Can't say I'd be disappointed in that.  It'd be cool to see that Chuck is God and Cas become his 1st lieutenant.  Maybe that would set up an arc to fight Crowley next season.

I think Sam will have amnesia at first, but that he will regain his memory.  We've been told that the show is returning to it's focus on the brothers' relationship as a team.

I also think that, if Dean could forgive Sam for his alliance with a demon and his obsession with Lilith that led to releasing Lucifer, that he can forgive Cas.  Cas' reasoning sounds just like Sam's.

    ReplyDelete
  16.  I personally think Crowley sauntered vaguely downwards if you know what I mean.

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'm not sure about Crowley being God but at the same time i've been questioning his character lately ! I love Crowley he is a badass bad guy but it's something Mark Sheppard said at Asylum 6 at the weekend he said "How do you know Crowley is a demon?...Have you ever seen his eyes turn red? or black?" and come to think of it i don't think we have? We know he has all the powers of a demon but it reminded me of 'The Devil You Know' when Crowley said he'd been keeping an eye on the Winchesters and Sam said that he couldn't have been because they had hex bags so they were hidden from demons but Crowley said he had a coin that trumped the hex bags and now i don't know whether to believe it .....i'm all confused ....i know Jared said something about God in the finale and it all making sense but i don't know what to make of what Mark said, i'm pretty sure that Crowley is a demon and at one point they mentioned that Crowley was Lillith's right hand man but at the same time, up untill season 5 we all thought that the Gabriel was the Trickster and he turned out to be an Archangel........well i guess we'll all find out on Friday ...CAN'T WAIT !!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Well from that clip of Sam, I believe he is trapped in his mind with his memories but as he states in the clip he can't remember anything. As you can see in the clip there is a sign for Castle Storage which is John's storage unit that Sam & Dean go in Sympathy for the Devil.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Cas becoming human is the one I'm pretty sure about.I think that for some reason he'll tear his Grace out. That leaves one possible storyline for next season..I definitely don't see Dean killing him!The writers are crazy but I don't believe they'll go there..If they do,I'll be the first to congratulate them for being so brave..and then we can start talking about assassination plans!

Bobby dying is possible(once again)..Jim Beaver has been in many episodes this season and I'm afraid that maybe it was the writers giving us more time with him before they kill him.But on the other hand, they killed Rufus and from the pics we've seen of the finale Dr.Visyak is next. The have to leave someone alive to help the boys!

Crowley is God..Now,THAT would be crazy! And I don't know how I'd feel about it..It would mean that God is testing Cas and the other angels with the whole Civil War thing.I mean,he left Heaven and did (almost)nothing to help with the Apocalypse and suddenly he returns and tries to give everyone a lesson?!?Dean will hunt him down and I'll be rooting!Jared in Asylum 6 that the whole deal with God will make more sense after the finale and come to think of it we've never seen Crowley's eyes turning red or black,so I guess it's a possibility.OR (and that's a theory I JUST came up with)we'll learn that someone has trapped God somewhere and that's why he's been absent for so long. And yes,I know, who's been talking to Joshua..I don't know,I just came up with it and I wanted to share..  ; )

And I have absolutely no idea what's gonna happen with Sam!NONE!
    It's SO close!Can we maybe skip Thursday??Please!

    ReplyDelete
  20. :D Cas becoming more and more human was my fav to :DDD

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yeap, exactly! It's not about Bobby or Jim Beaver, Bobby is a great character too, and i really like him. But Cass is the most different and interesting character ever. Bobby is more important to the boys but Cass is more fun to watch. He's making much more awesome team with the winchesters than Bobby. So i hope they don't kill him. It'd be the biggest mistake ever.

    ReplyDelete
  22.  I agree that Bobby might die and I've been thinking that Cas is gonna die too, but I'm hoping that its like Swan Song and both are brought back somehow. If Cas dies and isnt brought back, it better not be b/c Dean had to kill him. I'm already convinced that Dean is gonna have to kill Lisa in the episode b4 the finale, so they can't make him kill Cas too. That would just be way too sad for me. But other than these thoughts, I have no idea what else to anticipate. Its like torture waiting until Friday (or possibly Saturday morning if I don't have time to myself to watch both episodes Friday night...roommates can make it very hard to give my undivided attention to the show) to see what happens

    ReplyDelete
  23. Maybe Crowley is a Fallen Angel like Gabriel. We have seen that not angels are always, well, angelic in nature. He has helped the boys and Bobby out before.

    ReplyDelete
  24.  YES! All of that.

How dare they judge Cas in doing something "evil", when both Dean and Sam have also worked for Crowley to get Sam's soul back? Does that make them evil as well? Cas is doing it for the greater good, at least, whereas Sam and Dean did it for a VERY personal reason.

    Sigh.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I really want Cas to be human. But, I want him to be human with Bobby. There was no reason for them to show Bobby and Cas together in Bobby's house (during the Western episode) if it didn't allude to something coming up. It'd be nice to see a Cas/Bobby banter, along with them working together to help the boys.

I really don't think Crowley is god, and nor do I think Chuck is god, as well (I don't know where people get this idea from when it was clearly stated that he was a prophet. Prophets work in mysterious ways, so it doesn't automatically make him god).

And finally, I just want them to end the Angelic war. It's being dragged on far too long.

    ReplyDelete
  26.  Thank you! That's exactly how I feel!

So far, we've seen Castiel practically screaming at them that things are going badly and that he's not doing so hot...and do we see any kind of concern from the boys?

Dean saying that he considers Cas as a brother is really left-field; so far, he hasn't even given a hint that he cares about Castiel at all. And saying now that it's Cas who's turning his back? That's a slap in the face.

No, what he did wasn't right. But Dean has no right to this high horse that he's currently sitting on.

So again, thank you. I was beginning to think I was the only one who thought so.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I doubt they'll push aside Misha, so I see a transformation happening.

    ReplyDelete
  28.  I get the feeling Bobby might survive (based on other information I've seen), but I always fear for his safety.

(I'm not going to say next year's the absolute last season, but SPN has had a longer run than anyone thought, so I'm happy at whatever point they decide to go....not that I want that to be soon;)

    ReplyDelete
  29. There's something with the devil's symbols around him, that Mark hinted at, but I'm not sure what to make of it. Perhaps it will be a big clue for us!

    ReplyDelete
  30. It could all be a ruse! (Not that I think Crowley's really God, but I never say never when Kripke's involved.)

    ReplyDelete
  31.  I wonder if Raphael might die, taking care of the "one character will die" aspect so we'll be left with "one character will transform." My bet's on Cas with the transformation.

    ReplyDelete
  32.  Lisa and Ben aren't in the finale, finale, so I don't think the reference is to them. I feel like it's one of the big players in the game.

    ReplyDelete
  33. It's a mirror of Sam's situation, to me. He did all his actions through Season 4 to get Dean back and avenge the situation Lilith put them in. Cas is basically doing the same thing, he's avenging the rights of heaven to put right what's been wronged. I don't think what we're seeing is the whole story and it will all become clearer in the finale. At least, I don't want Cas to be evil :(

    ReplyDelete
  34. Dean and Sam have repeatedly been shown to take Cas for granted (just as they take Bobby for granted). Rachel pointed out the same thing to them, but they have yet to listen. Cas is making some difficult choices to fight the war.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I never underestimate the power of Kripke ;)

    ReplyDelete
  36. I doubt Misha's going anywhere. Now, transforming Cas' character into a different type, that's always possible.

    ReplyDelete
  37. You really think so?
I mean, I love Cass, truly, sometimes even more then Sam (but not Dean<3), but he himself spent entire episode 20 wondering, what he's doing so I'm pretty sure he's not so sure about being on the right side.
Especially the scene when Sam got back soulless he said that "Sometimes we're lucky enough to be given a warning. This should have been mine." and again in the other scene to Dean: "It sounds so simple when you say it like that. Where were you when I needed to hear it?"

So I feel like he's just really lost, but I believe that in the end he'll find his way and help his friends, like they always help him. Cause that's what the show is about. About bounds between family and friends, no matter how wrong you are, those who care about you always give you another chance to make amends.

Anyway, that's just my opinion. I completely understand if you see it in another way;)

    ReplyDelete
  38.  I'd love for the boys to go back to the week to week cases of Season 1, which keeping the larger arc in mind. And I'd love to see Cas fall, if only to see how he deals with it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I think we're all going to be taken by surprise at what Kripke has in store for us. It's certainly going to change things, one way or another!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yeah, that's why I don't think Bobby's dying (but I'm not going to say no for sure), based on the Twitter exchange. However, I do fear that Dr. V isn't going to make it out alive. As for Lisa...I'm ready for that tie in Dean's life to be severed, but not necessarily have her killed.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Oh, Good Omens :) Loved to think of all the parallels there.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I love Crowley. I hope he's going to play a larger role (hopefully past the finale!)

    ReplyDelete
  43.  They're killing off characters one after another this season. I miss Rufus a lot :( But I always fear for Bobby, year after year. However, Crowley intrigues me and I want to know the secrets he's holding. It's gonna be a great finale!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Plus, if they go down that road, the exploration of his character can go in all new directions. I like it.

    ReplyDelete
  45. 1. I'd like that - though I'm actually afraid that he's going to sacrifice himself in order to correct his mistakes.
    2. No!
    3. My guess - he's rather trapped in his head and has to face his memories.
    4. That would break my heart!
    5. Don't like the idea. Although I'd like Crowley to be sth else then just a demon, but NOT God.

    ReplyDelete
  46.  I doubt they're going to get rid of Misha, but I never say never when Kripke's involved! I can't wait to see how it all turns out!

    ReplyDelete
  47.  I really don't think Crowley is who he seems. On the other hand, if he's just a demon, he's good at climbing the corporate ladder!

    ReplyDelete
  48.  I'd love to see Cas fall and then have Bobby be around to help teach him how to be human, how to be a hunter, just how to survive.

The God!Chuck theory came about in the end of Swan Song when Chuck appeared in all white and then disappeared. When asked if Chuck was indeed God, Kripke has never confirmed nor denied, but it does make sense to me. However, all that's up in the air now.

    ReplyDelete
  49.  I want Crowley to stick around. I feel like he's got a whole lot more secrets to tell.

I have mixed feelings about Lisa.  I would hate to see Dean having to deal with the same kinds of feelings that Sam had to deal with about Jessica, but it may set up an interesting arc where Sam became Dean's protector for a change.

I don't know about everybody else, but I sure would like to see the boys with the same stubble on SPN that they had at Asylum 6!

    ReplyDelete
  52.  How about this? Bobby is God.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I agree with all of your theories simply because any of these-or all even-could happen. But, then again, the wonderful people at Supernatural, especially with the season finales, always wait to surprise us, so things could happen that we did not even expect at all! I just have a feeling that it is going to be a heartwarming, heartbreaking episode that is going to leave us wondering just what the heck for the beginning of season 7. Cannot wait for Friday!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Jensen and Jared were actually asked about this and they aren't allowed to grow facial hair for the show (aside from Dean's stubble which apparently is okay;)

    ReplyDelete
  55.  I always thought they were setting John up as God and then that went away. Bobby's a viable choice, too.

    ReplyDelete
  56.  I don't think we're going to be expecting what's about to happen. I can't wait for the finale!

    ReplyDelete

    Just doesn't make sense!

    ReplyDelete
  58. I think Bobby might be God. He's the boys' acting father. He's also the Producer.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Haha, named such through no fault of Bob Singer himself ;)

    ReplyDelete
  60. I think that people are worried because a) the rumor someone started not so long ago about Misha being written out off the show and b) Ausiello's blind item that stated that one show is about to kill a very popular character because it fits the plot.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Let's try;
Dean will have to learn to (insert favorite Dean lesson) Sam and thereby giving Sam the go he needs to sacrifice himself again to save the world with Dean standing by and crying.   Singer did say that Dean had to learn to trust Sam, because, Dean is really nothing if not all about Sam.

Bobby will tell Dean that he's been too rough on Sam and should understand that Sam is the special one and Dean must learn to appreciate that.

Cas will tell Dean that it's Sam's soul that Cas needs to save the world, and Dean will agree to let Sam, the special wonder, give up his soul to save the world.  Sam will teach Cas the great lesson of choosing the wrong road and Cas and Sam will form a special bond stronger than  Dean's anc Cas', because Dean is not allowed to have anything unless Sam has it too, and Sam has to have it better.

Before Sam sacrifices his bright, shiny soul, he will remember that Lucifer, or Michael, or God, told him how to defeat Raphael, and with this great knowledge, Cas will use it to defeat his enemies.

    Dean will cry.

That's my prediction because, nobody is ever allowed to save the world but Sam, and Dean is only allowed to make sure that he's the bestest big brother ever, and could he step aside please so that the important charcters can do their part.

But hey, I'm not bitter both from Swan Song and most of this season.

What happened to season 4 show?  Dean's ability to kill Zack and stare into his grace? Oh wait, I'm sure that will go to Sam also.

    ReplyDelete
  62.  I have disliked Castiel for the majority of the time he's been on supernatural for the most part but the last few eps i've found him interesting, I hope they keep him darkside, he's much more interesting and it keeps the get out of jail free card gone from Sam and Dean. I feel the stakes are never as high anymore if Castiel can constantly save them from hell and get them out of death. I will be pretty damned pissed if he is all around next season as a human though, either make him their nemesis or kill him please.

I am very excited for this Sam wall stuff. I hope they do it justice and don't just let him get over it, I mean Dean was very messed up when he came back for almost an entire season and Sam's been there a year and a half!!! If that boy ain't seriously scrambled I'll be really angry and feel cheated for what could have been. So excited to see how it all ends up. As long as Sam and Dean are united and brothers anyone else can go jump for me!! Bring it on.

    ReplyDelete
  63. yeah RIGHT. Sam thought he was killing the final seal that would save the world, castiel we're not even sure what he's doing, I find it interesting the amount of people that jumped on Sam and were all harshing on him and now they're all 'but poor castiel he's misunderstood' no he crossed Sam and Dean, LIED to them, AND he let Sam out of the panic room, he is full of ulterior motives and I hope he pays for it. You cross Sam and Dean you are dead to me.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I'd sacrifice Castiel in a heartbeat, Bobby is their family a surrogate father, a figure entwined in their childhood and their lives, Castiel has been a somewhat useful friend, not even a contest for me.

    ReplyDelete
  65. The symbol is the same one Lucifer used several times in S5...so maybe Crowley's a fallen angel. Bobby does say in one preview "it all comes down to one angel" I thought Cas or Balthy but maybe Crowley is one too? I'm still rooting for God tough because it would be awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  66.  Cas's reasoning is nothing like Sams. At ALL! That argument makes me cross. Sam constantly tried to get Dean to see what was up with Ruby, Dean refused to even contemplate it and got bossy and just told Sam he was wrong so he was forced to go behind his back to learn to use powers that could potentially save the world at great risk to himself. Castiel has done nothing this season but apparantly lie to both Winchesters all the way through, AND lest we forget he was the one that let Sam out of the panic room and let him be able to kill Lilleth. He is shady. And he may die for me easy.

    ReplyDelete
  67.  Well, I never said Cas was or wasn't wrong in his motives, just that he feels he's doing the right thing (just as Sam thought he was doing the right thing). The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

  68.  Sorry you're not liking Season 6 as much as others. But maybe the finale will redeem it for you.

    ReplyDelete
  69.  Dont care if they care Cas, cant stand him. But I don't think they'll get rid of Misha so I'll go with Cas falls and next season he'll be adjusting to being a human.

Lisa and Ben-dont give a shit but I really dont want endless episodes of emo Dean.

Bobby-dont mind either way but I lean more towards keeping him because Sam and Dean love and need him

Balthazar-if I still gave a shit about the angels and their endless crap I'd want the show to keep him coz I like him (my third favourite character on the show this season) and I adore Seb

Crowley-still love the guy, he's my second fave character behind Sam.

Dr Visiak-would have been nice to keep her but oh well

    Raphael-so over him/her whatever

Robin-I'm intrigued-though my first thought was that she is actually a manifestation of Lucifer in Sam's head or a guide of some sort, don't think we'll see her again after the episode

The only two characters I truly care about are Sam and Dean-I need for next season to be about the brothers-Sam and Dean against the world with everything and everyone after them, the boys taking no prisoners, its time they showed the world what they're made of and that they cant be messed with. Stop being puppets and take charge and kick some serious ass.

I am really looking forwards to episode 22 cant wait to find out whats going on with Sam.

    ReplyDelete
  70.  dislike. Wow Sam hater in the building. Yes this season has all been about Sam 'saving the world'... hahahaahhahah go cry your emo tears somewhere else because you've been watching an entirely different show from me.

Sam's rarely been in the past few episodes. Us Sam fans deserve pay off for a half a season of our character being replaced with a soulless person, at least Dean's been there. I hope they kill Castiel then his fans and bitter people like yourself can go watch that and stop irritating people who love this show and passing judgement that very few people agree with.

I can not WAIT for the second part of the finale, about time we got to see Sam's wall come down. And i think it's perfect that they've given Dean part 1, Sam part 2, fairness out the wazoo. Perfect!

    ReplyDelete
  71. I like Cas when he's fallible.  That's why he became more interesting to me when he was losing his powers last season. I want that again. Or if he becomes evil, then there's a new direction for his character, too.

Sam's wall is what intrigues me the most. I trust Kripke to do it the justice it deserves. It's not going to be pretty.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Well see you all after the finale. I have a feeling we are T minus 30 minutes from this board getting all nasty between Sam girls, Dean girls, Cas girls, and Trolls.

HAPPY SUPERNATURAL SEASON 6 FINALE FRIDAY EVERYONE! ENJOY!

  73.  I miss the boys being arrested and running from the law. Or hustling pool. Miss the good old days.

  74.  Discussion never has to be about one character's fans vs another. Instead, why don't we all think up some theories on where we think the show might go? It's more fun that way.

    ReplyDelete
  75. for Chuck it's all the things like the writer saying a million time during the season we will see God and after the finale, kripke said once that we indeed saw him.And there was another couple of clues that pointed to the God's theory.

For exemple, the name of the prostitute was the same nickname that was use for the prostitute in Jesus's story, and Chuck say she was a ''good friend'' and Chuck also said to Dean he had absolutely no idea how the story was going to end.....but couple of hours earlier he started his book by saying that the Impala was the most important object in the univers.  Why said that unless he knew the Impala would save the world, and if he knew, then he knew how the story would end. Why lying to Dean unless you're a free will fan? And there was another couple of things like that I can't remember. So that's why some people think that

  76. biased much? the boys are fine but everyone on the show has their faults you can't blame one party and disclude the other.. just sayin' and please excuse my spelling.

  77. if i had to choose between bobby and cas im sorry but id have to choose cas  to stay alive i hope he survives cause hes my favorite character if not then ill just wash my hands with the show cause theres nothing really keeping me attached to the show as much as i love J2 losing cas/misha would be a massive disappointment for me

    ReplyDelete
  78. I doubt we'll lose Misha. Cas in his current form, maybe, but not losing Cas completely.

    ReplyDelete
  79.  There's a picture of Sam and a woman going into a building.  At the bottom of the stairs are some men. One looks like Adam.  The other looks Chuck.  Just wondering.  I am hoping that Cas and Bobby survive.    I know one character will die, but is it one of the main characters?  We have Balthy, Crowley, and Raphael?

  80.  Do you have a link to this picture?

  81.  I could see the transformation being Castiel becoming the new Lucifer/Ruler of hell and Crowley being God or at least a God sent minion to test Castiel to see if our poor Angel should rule over heaven or hell. In paradise lost (which Supernatural took quite a bit from in their portrayal of Lucifer) Luci is seen as an almost sympathetic figure. Imagine Castiel doing all this to try to save Heaven, only to be told at the end of it by God/Chuck/Crowley that he failed the test to rule heaven (or passed the test to reign in hell) and is sent, like Lucifer, screaming and gnashing into the pit. This could set him up as either a big bad figure of next season or possibly the 'Devil on their Shoulder' of the Winchesters, offering them help in order to try to win them over.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I'd love to see Cas transform and his character explore new directions. I look forward to the finale!

    ReplyDelete
  83. There is also the Nite Owl Cafe which is the same name as the Nite Owl Motel that Sam and Dean stayed at in Live Free or Twi-hard. There's The Honey Wagon which is the name of the same place Sam and Dean stayed at in Sex&Violence and had their big fight.

  86. I love the tune changing  Castiels doing it for the greater good  but Sam was the worst thing going in Season 4 because he thought he was doing it for the greater good and was prepared to sacrifice himself to do it . And because he had no idea killing Lilth would start the whole dammed thing  something by the way the Angel did know he was demonised by both show and fandom. Now it is Castiel lets get the violins out , put a different set of rules on it and everybody say He is only doing it for the greater good ''  .

    ReplyDelete
  87. I couldn't agree more with this. It's disheartening and frustrating and hurtful.

    ReplyDelete
  88.  I think Sam has done his bit from stopping the Apocalypse dont you .

    ReplyDelete
  89.  Wow. Relax.

First of all, none of us ever said anything bad about Sam. Before you start pointing fingers and tooting your Sam!fan tune, read what we actually write.

I knew what Sam was doing and I know what Cas is doing. They BOTH wanted to save the world, but the reason it hurt more with Sam (and the reason I ragged on him more) was 'cause Sam had a more deeper bond with Dean. Essentially, I could care less what Cas does because I still believe the show is about the brothers.

I understand your frustration, but don't fan!jizz everywhere whenever your "feelings" are hurt. And, honestly, you call us out on "hating" on Sam, when you're doing the exact thing for Cas.

    ReplyDelete
  90. YES!

The show is about bonds.  I love that line. That's why I think everyone in the show, essentially, comes through. I have faith in Cas to do the same.

    ReplyDelete
  91.  Do you Sam!fans even read what people say or do you guys comment with a personal bias EVERYWHERE?

Did I ever say what Sam did was wrong? Did I ever rag on Sam in my comment? I'm sympathizing with Cas, as I did with Sam during season 4. I understand where both were/are coming from. And I also understand that it's not them that are the problems, it's essentially Dean, and his OWN personal bias. So, if you're gonna hate/rag on anyone, then do it on the writers, and not on US, when we said or did nothing wrong to you.

Jealousy suits no one, by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  92.  Right...was that before or after he set the devil out?

No matter which way you look at it, no one is in the right here with whatever actions they took.

    ReplyDelete
  93.  I just can't see Chuck as God, to be honest. I don't know why LOL

I really want Cas to be more human now.

    ReplyDelete
  94.  Hmm I never even thought of those points! Thanks for sharing.

I still don't want Chuck to be god, to be honest. I think we need a fresh face for god. I always imagined him as a teenager or a young adult, trying to experience as many humanly experiences as possible.

    ReplyDelete
  95. That's a little unfair of you to say... or maybe you're just one of those bitter ones who doesn't accept that he shoved Lucifer back in the cage and sacrificed himself to do it?

    ReplyDelete
  96.  YES! THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING THIS

I seriously thought this season was supposed to be about "going back to it's roots". I never really saw that :S

I just want to see them jump from motel-to-motel, hustling pool, fighting a different monster each episode and maybe seeing more "under the table" brotherly moments/emotions.

    ReplyDelete
  97. I like the idea that Crowley is something different than a regular demon.  Not God, but maybe something ancient that is certainly devious but isn't aligned with either Hell or Heaven.  It would certainly fit seeing as he seemed to be the only demon who plotted against Lucifer.

As for who is transformed, I think Cas, Sam and Crowley are all contenders.  Cas, possibly becoming human as others have suggested, but also possibly becoming stronger - maybe an archangel, so that he can rule Heaven.  The angels seem to desperately need a leader, and I don't see Raphael holding on to that job much longer.  It would make Cas less accessible to the Winchesters, but that could be a good thing.  Another possible ruler for Heaven is Gabriel, if they decided to bring him back, but I'm not counting on that.  After all of the buildup about Sam's Hell memories, Sam has to come out of this experience different in some way.  It might be a subtle personality change, but it could also be something more extreme.  There's still the possibility of the demon blood being a factor.  I know there were comments from Kripke that they're through with that storyline, but shows sometimes put out misinformation, and I'm not sure what exactly was said.  But I don't really think they would go the route of messing with Sam's physiology again, so if he's the transformation, I'm guessing it's psychological. I threw in Crowley as the third possibility since we're talking about Crowley not being all demon.  The transformation could be us seeing his true state.

As for the death, I don't know.  Lisa looks good for it, but the show leaked it so early that I'm thinking it was to throw us off track.  I don't think they'll kill Cas for the same reasons as Lisa (the early leak), and I don't think his storyline is done yet - he'll either rule Heaven or join the Winchesters on Earth.  I don't think Visyak counts because as of right now she's only a one-time guest.  So that leaves Bobby and Sam.  I'm not expecting Dean to die this season.  Sam could physically die when his wall breaks.  And with Bobby, they've been playing up family this whole season.  Could it be because of some big sacrifice he makes?

One thing I've been wondering about is why they brought in Balthazar this season.  He's an amusing character, but he hasn't really had much impact yet.  So I'm thinking there's either more to his story - that he was responsible for Sam coming back soulless (remember how angry he seemed at Dean during Appointment in Samarra, and why did RoboSam go to Balthazar of all creatures when he needed his soul blocked?), or that he's on tap to replace Cas next year as the Winchester's go-to angel.  He'd be not as trustworthy or reliable, but that could make things more interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Dean constantly tried to get Sam to see that Ruby was
manipulating him but Sam refused to believe it.  And certainly Sam wasn't "forced" to go behind Dean's back to
do anything... that was Sam's choice.  Don't blame Dean for the CHOICES Sam
    made.

We don't have the whole story regarding Castiel's actions as of yet.  I do think he truly believes he's doing what God would want him to do, but, I also agree that Cas will have to take responsibility for the consequences of his actions.

    ReplyDelete
  99.  I do accept it. I accept all character flaws and the things they did right. What I don't like is when people with an obvious bias argue points when they could care less to listen to what the other side is saying.

The most admiral thing Sam ever did was to take Lucifer back to Hell, along with himself. I've always applauded him for that.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Then perhaps you could explain what you meant when you said "before or after he let Lucifer out" because that doesn't come across as exactly accepting for Sam doing his part in the apocalypse. And I think he's more than done his share considering the cost and what's happened to him.

    ReplyDelete
  101. uhh...Did you read what the other person said? Or how sarcastically they said their comment? Or maybe what I said AFTER I said that line?

Of course I accept what Sam did. He committed the biggest sacrifice for his family; for mankind. I accept all of that, but I'm not gonna sit here and forget the other (wrong) things he did. And the same applies for ALL the characters in the show. I always get pissed off at Dean when he judges too quickly. I am beyond pissed off at Cas this season. He should have learned from what happened to the boys––to never lie––because that is a human quality that always gets everyone down.

And boohoo: "what's happened to him"? Every character has gone through shit in this show. But I'm not the one sitting here choosing sides and bashing other people for stating opinions, remorse, sympathy, etc.

If you're gonna bash anyone, then you should bash the writers for writing the characters like this. It's not our fault that some characters IN THE SHOW are seen in a more sympathetic light, when we NEVER wrote them like that.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Excuse me? But I don't think I'm bashing anybody. I merely asked a question, nor am I bashing you. I asked for clarification. I don't appreciate being accused of doing any bashing to anybody or any character in this show when I have done no such thing, nor have I ever.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I agree with this.  It sounds cold, but I just don't see what Bobby adds to most of the scenes he's in.  He makes common sense, sarcastic observations, he does research, but what, Sam and Dean can't handle that?  Bobby's living room has replaced the Impala and the cheesy hotels as their home base, and I think the show both gained something and lost something when that happened.  Sam and Dean don't play off each other as much when there's someone else in the scene with them - so I think that's where some of the brotherly bond went.  I could say some of the same about Cas's presence, but Cas brings a different element - whether that's angelic dimension travel or a different type of knowledge necessary for battling the types of powerful enemies they've faced lately.  Plus Cas comes with his own storylines, some tension, and he's so damn funny.

    ReplyDelete
  104.  ...I'm sorry but I don't think you've paid attention to the series clearly.
Cas didn't go out of his way to do this, he did want to go to Dean for help, but since he had already given so much Cas didn't want to bother him again. That's when Crowley popped up and took advantage of Cas's stress, don't forget Good ol' Raphael threatened Cas and anyone who sided with him, including Bobby and the boys. Remember that Raphael wants to kick start the apocalypse again, something that they all stopped. He's been doing it all for them, even if it ended up being a major mess.

    ReplyDelete
  105.  Well, I apologize if I come off as strong, but it just seemed like you were, when you were agreeing with the other person before ^. Even merely agreeing with what someone says where they bash a character, just makes it look like you're bashing it as well. Again, I apologize.

And please know, that I am also somewhat on your side. I hate what the writers have done to Sam. I fucking hate it. He is no more useful than a tool right now. He barely gets any lines; he barely shows any emotions; and the most interesting he's been this season was when he was soulless. I miss the old Sam (and old Dean).

    ReplyDelete
  106. Well, let's see:

    1.  I do think Cas is going to fall.  I think he was placed in a horrible position in Heaven and he is trying to do what he feels is best to prevent Raphael from jump starting the apocalypse again.  Cas doesn't want Raphael to win, or humanity to lose, so he's had to compromise his beliefs/morals in order to prevent another apocalypse.  But I think in the end, he will have no other choice but to become human and I do think that will make things interesting for the show next season.

    2.  I don't think Bobby will die.  Nope.  But I am still VERY upset the show killed Rufus!

    3.  I don't think Sam will have his memory erased permanently.  I believe Sam's wall comes down early in 6.22 and the preview clip we see with Sam running from the police is actually all in Sam's mind.  He will temporarily not remember what's going on and Robin is either his guide or a reaper who will help him remember.  I think we will see Sam struggle to "escape" as he faces his traumatic memories of hell.  And then hopefully he will come back with his memories intact, but no longer needing the wall to deal with his Hell memories.

    4.  Wow, does Dean have anything to do in the finale?  LOL.  Sorry, but I think Dean was majorly shafted this season.  His "domestic" storyline was totally lame and basically just a distraction and not actually significant to the overall story-arc this season.  So after the show dumped his domestic storyline, then his storyline was all about Sam and Sam's soul.  And now it's all about Cas?  So for Dean it's "save or kill Sam" or "save or kill Cas".  Heh.  Oh well.  I'm sure he'll look pretty doing it whatever the outcome.

    5.  I LOVE the Crowley is God theory!  I have read hints that maybe Crowley really isn't what he seems and this would be a cool twist to the story!

    ReplyDelete
  107.  No, I'm not. Just because I agree with somebody on Sam's treatment of certain things, does not automatically mean I am bashing the character. I'm frustrated that Castiel's big trip down the dark path is being played off so sympathetically by the writers when Sam's wasn't. It's, as I said, disheartening. But that is not a bash on Castiel.

As do I. All of what you said. It's upsetting and I miss the old Sam and Dean as well. I want them back. I'm tired of watching Sam being dragged through the mud. Give him a break for once. Just let the man hang with his brother and fight bad shit.

    ReplyDelete
  108.  I really do love Crowley. I think his character has the potential to be the most interesting in terms of demon or angel or whatever he is. He's got secrets just begging to be told.

I'm interested to see where they take Balthazar, too. He's also got the potential to be bigger than he has been, so we shall see!

    ReplyDelete
  109.  I still miss Rufus A LOT :(

And I don't think Crowley is all that he seems. He's managed to jump up the demon corporate ladder at an amazing rate. Whatever he is, he knows how to manipulate a situation for his own gain :)

    ReplyDelete
  110.  ... Your point being? Doesn't change the fact that it's still ridiculously out of character for them to not seem to care at all.

    ReplyDelete
  111.  YES!

I don't want to see no Angel war; I don't want to see no apocalypse; I don't want any of that. I just want them to fight evil shit, like they used to, and be all angsty without all the other crap that we're seeing.

    ReplyDelete
  112.  LMFAO at your Dean comment. hahahahaha

When hasn't it been about "saving this person or killing them" for Dean?

I just think this season fails on many more levels than just independent storylines. Sigh. Hopefully, we see it change in the finale and/or the next season.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I made similar comments last week.  It's been bugging me all season that no one but Cas seems to be taking the Apocalypse seriously anymore when last season they were all willing to die to stop it.  Sam, Dean and Bobby have a point that opening a door to Monsterville doesn't seem like a better alternative, but the problem is that they're not really communicating well and working as a group on this.  Cas's pride may be playing a factor here now, as was Sam's in season 4 (and yes, I'm a Sam fan - before I get blasted for this), but Dean also has trouble listening and treating Sam and Cas as equals. And likewise, Cas never really had true friends before, so he's kind of new to this sharing and collaborating thing.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Holy mother of all, I hope they don't kill off Cass. Bobby dying would suck too, but who else is there? Maybe Lisa, and Ben will have to join Sam and Dean and become a hunter as well!!! But I'm a huge fan of Crowley, I think it would be hilarious if he turned out to be God. Selling his soul for a couple more inches, kissing guys, looking for purgatory...

    ReplyDelete
  115.  There's Raphael, Balthazar, and Crowley as possible deaths (if we're discounting Bobby, Cas, and the Winchesters).

    ReplyDelete
  116. I think the show's style this year shifted from an emphasis on character writing of both Sam and Dean to concentrating on the overarching mystery of the season.  I agree that Dean's domestic storyline was weak and should have ended early in the season.  On the other hand, Sam fans have been waiting since season 5 to find out how Sam's Lucifer possession and his trip to Hell affected him (not just physically, but psychologically), and the reveal was pushed all of the way off until the final episode.  So it's been frustrating all around for people who are more interested in the personal storylines of their favorite characters.  But I'm enjoying the mystery and the different approach, and trying to let go of my expectations and just enjoy the ride.

    ReplyDelete
  117.  I sympathized with Sam and so did most of the people I talk to, so...

    ReplyDelete
  118. Honestly, it looks like a bunch of  random personal bias.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I think Lisa will be the death and Cas or Sam will be the transformation.

Does the Impala count as a death? :( Did anyone see that in the preview? Holy crap.

    ReplyDelete
  120.  Exactly! I may have been a bit upset during the climax of demonblood!Sam, but that was backed up by so much sympathy.

    ReplyDelete
  121.  I can only see (1) as a possibility; can't see any of the others happening.

Reading all the comments here, and on other forums too, I noticed that there is one important character in the show that almost no one is speculating about. There's speculation about Raphael or Balthazar living or dying, Crowley as god, Bobby as god, Bobby dying or not, Cas dying or not, Cas transforming into a human, Cas as god, Sam's Wall, Soul, Mind etc, Lisa dying or not.

But...  almost nothing about Dean! :D

Now this is Kripke who's writing the finale, not Gamble. So, my speculation will be that Dean (who was once a vamp, was taken by the fairies, gulped down phoenix ash, and who's been very much under the  radar) will be transformed into something terrible when Purgatory is opened, and one of the Old Ones comes out and claims his "child". ;)

    ReplyDelete
  122. That would be one way to shut everyone up.  Make Dean the monster for all of next season and tell the story through Sam's eyes.  Everyone would be in shock!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Ooooh, that is a great theory! I like the way you think :)

    ReplyDelete
  124.  I am still hoping the upside down Impala is a Sam hallucination because the alternative is to difficult to comprehend :(

    ReplyDelete
  125. The thought of Ben joining them as a hunter makes me cringe so hard.

    ReplyDelete
  126.  It took thousands of years for Lucifer and the angels to orchestrate the Apocalypse.  The angels had to arrange, via Cupids, for Mary and John to meet and have two sons. Lucifer had to find a follower to infect the special children with demon blood. They somehow had to get Dean (or his dad or another righteous man) to break in hell in order to break the first seal, and it had to be done during Sam and Dean's lifetime because they were the true vessels. The angels and demons had to work together to break the 66 seals and get Lucifer out of hell. Dean and Sam had to say yes to Michael and Lucifer.

It's unlikely that Raphael would manage this after only a couple of years when Michael and Lucifer spent thousands of years planning it. It is also unlikely that if Raphael were, by some miracle, able to release Michael and Lucifer that Dean and Sam would say yes.

I bet if he gave it a little thought, Cas would have been able to stall Raphael, maybe with a false promise of loyalty, and then he could have looked for another solution. Using his excuse that he wanted to leave Dean alone is a cop-out.

Cas has been engaging in some pretty shady behavior and it is not for the greater good. It is to feed his titanic ego. I wonder if those 50,000 souls he unilaterally sacrificed for the "greater good" would agree with his motives and methods.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Sam will transform in demon, souls in hell will transform  in demon, is logic! XDDD

    ReplyDelete
  128. i've been saying this for awhile! crowley will betray cass with raphael. cass will win some sort of war in heaven & save the boys or the boys fight with him, that's the thought! cass will become human but it's not a demotion but promotion, the whole theme has been this war over humans, God chooses humans over angel. sooooo, cass beomes human, our transformation. bobby may die but i do know that he is still around!! good times!!!

    ReplyDelete
  129.  So you think Sam's going darkside again?

    ReplyDelete
  130.  Yeah, Jim and Ben kinda ruined the suspense on "will Bobby die"...unless it's a ruse! (Seriously, I'm not going to say never in this instance because anything's possible.)

    ReplyDelete
  131. Keeping Cas on the show I will be happy, as an angel or a human. Any chance of Adam showing up again??? I really liked him and Jake Abel plays him really well.

    ReplyDelete
  132. I have long said I want some kind of resolution of Adam's storyline, whether that be a final mention or him coming back for revenge on his brothers for pretty much abandoning him. I miss Adam.

    ReplyDelete
  133.  Who is Robin?  I have been trying to avoid too many sneak peaks this time.  I want to be surprised

    ReplyDelete
  134. SPOILERS ALL UP IN THIS COMMENT.
Crowley isn't a demon. Mark Sheppard has hinted at conventions over and over that he's something else. Especially since he fixed Bobby for no reason and we've never seen his eyes change. I'm thinking God too because we know from Jared that God does play a role in the finale. Originally I thought it was going to be Balthazar who was God but Crowley makes sense too now that we know they were close all this time. I do hope Bobby is the death because as much as I love him and I know the boys need him, he's not a favorite of mine and then at least he'd finally have some peace and rest.

    ReplyDelete
  135. So, you are angry at the so called "Sam haters" but you yourself are a "Cas hater" as all your comments here indicate. That's...  not at all hypocritical.

    ReplyDelete
  136.  I'll bring spoilers back--

It appears Jim Beaver will be around next season, as he and the new writer for SPN hinted at it over Twitter a few days ago. Now, it may all be a ruse, but I'm kinda hoping Bobby's okay.

Additionally, Crowley has always appeared as more than a demon and Mark's hints have fueled the speculation fire on that. He's careful not to give away anything major, though, so we'll have to wait and see what Crowley's fate is.

    ReplyDelete
  137. I love Cas as an angel. I love it when he goes all powerful on his angel mojo to save the boys or help them. And the fact he's different species makes his relationship with them so special for me. HOWEVER, having him turn into human would definitely be a great solution for the show, they could get rid of angels and keep Cas at the same time. Also, it would be a great twist and it could start a whole new storyline of Cas learning how to be a human (hunter), which could develop beautifully in season 7. And I definitely prefer Cas human than dead after all. BUT according to Anna's story, isn't it like, when an angel falls he/she loses all of their memories and is born as a human baby? I definitely would not wanna see Cas becoming a baby (that would mean we'd lose Misha).

My guess is, Bobby will probably never die on this show. It would piss too many fans off and probably some of them would stop watching. Bobby is just too important to be killed.

Dean killing Cas would be a HUGE twist for the show and it would probably add enough drama to make the finale one of the best of the show. But I hope it won't happen. It would wreck Dean and break too many of our hearts.

Another thing I fear for the finale is that Cas will kill Balthazar. I love Balthy soooooo much right now!!! Is there an option of making both of them fall into human so we can keep them both? Pleeeeease...

I also never thought of Crowley being God, I actually liked the Chuck theory, but come to think of it, it would be amazing if it turned out Crowley was God and Chuck his prophet, if only we could have Chuck come back for an episode to explain it. But I don't think they will ever introduce God or tell us directly who it was. The mystery around Chuck and whether he was God or not was such a brilliant move, made people speculate and I guess they want to keep it mystery forever, just like they never explained where Ruby's knife comes from and why it kills demons.

OMG, I wanna watch the finale NOW!!!! Unfortunately I'm gonna have to wait till Sunday or so, as I wanna wait for the subtitles to make sure I understand everything. It would drive me nuts if I missed something important just because my English is not good enough or I didn't understand a pop culture reference or sth.

Blah, in moments like this, I wish I was American... :P

  138. I am looking forward to seeing what Kripke has in store for us! I bet some stuff we'll never see coming :)

  139.  Bobby won't die. Jim Beaver posted some notes about the new season. he said he was with some stuff in sera, kripke and singer's office. and he was glad to see everybody working on it.

  140.  Crowley is god? i hardly think so.

  141.  Anything is possible. That's why we're speculating :)

  142. I know...but until the finale airs, anything is possible. That's the fun in speculating.

  143.  Oddly enough, I started to think he might be God during season five.  He helped the Winchesters stop the Apocalypse.  He knew where to find Death, but didn't tell Dean directly, just talked about wanting pizza.  As for him becoming King of Hell, we have been told that demons are corrupted human souls.  God made humans and told the angels to bow to us, perhaps he decided that he owed it to his tortured, fallen children to find a way to redeem their souls.  Jesus did minister to lepers and other shunned groups.  Frankly, Crowley has already eliminated the brutal, violent, painful torture in Hell and replaced it with tedium.  I don't know where God would fit into the torturing monsters storyline, so that is one strike against it. I can't wait until Friday!

  144.  If it meant lots of Sam screen time, POV and emotional arc, him being the one that interacts with the other characters more and gets to have all the one liners then I could go for that. I dont really care if he's a direct art of the mythology or not, I just want him to be kick ass, loving Sam and most of all I wont him to be happy. If he could have people that care about him outside of Dean that would be great too.

  145. WHAT SUPERNATURAL has taught us, is that everyone MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BAD DECISIONS, WE CAN NOT BLAME ALL DEAN FOR BAD DECISIONS TAKEN AT SAM multiple occasions, THE AGREEMENT HAS ALWAYS HELP AND KEEP IN ON TRACK, AS WELL AS A CAS HAS ALSO HELPED WHEN ABOVE AS JIMMY AND BECAME IN CLASHES WITH SOME sacks and URIEL, SO THAT WE CAN NOT PREJUDICE IF SOMEONE HAS BEEN CONSISTENT WITH ITS PRINCIPLES, THAT WAS DEAN, ME I BELIEVE THAT DEAN HAS ACHIEVED IN THE LAST SPEECH AT THE END OF CHAPTER 20 TO CASIEL THINK AND THAT WILL MAKE THE BREAK THE DEAL WITH CROWLEY AND LIKE TO HABERLE SAM DEAN HAVE LEARNED A FORCE OF CHARACTER AND THAT WILL HELP YOU FIGHT FOR EXIT AIROS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST THE COMING DOWN THE WALL OF MEMORIES OF HELL AND I THINK THE WILL NOT GO DEAN IS WELL, JUST AS I WILL NOT EXCEED THE PAIN OF DECEPTION CAS, LOSS OF SMOOTH BUT BEN ALSO HAVE TO FACE THAT SAM IS FALLING WALL OF MEMORIES, ALL THIS WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR HIM, I also believe that seeks to prevent CROWLEY AND RAFAEL PURGATORY WILL BE THE DOOR AND GET ALL THOSE SOULS WHO ARE THERE, I THOUGHT THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SOULS IN QUESTION AND NOT FOR NOTHING\u0026#39;S DEATH warned him that he would find out at the right time AND I BELIEVE THAT will fix it.

  146. No need to shout :) Good theories, though. We'll have to see how it all plays out tomorrow! I'm excited.

  147. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that misses him. I thought about him coming back for revenge too. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

  148. Now I honestly don't know what to think about Crowley. lookin' at this pov, clearly there's a big possibility he's god. can't wait!!!!!!!!

  149.  I think Cas is learning how to be "human"...the process started with his brothers Michael and Lucifer and is continuing through Dean and Sam.  Cas has embraced what other angels refuse to accept..."the ability to choose".

    ReplyDelete
  150. I'm just hoping for a little more of that human side to come through.

    ReplyDelete
  151. It's too close for my tired brain to speculate now. Heh, and with all the rapture speak IRL, really, it's almost meta-creepy. :)

    ReplyDelete
  152.  Well, none of the theories came through ;) BUT! Cas did transform...just in the opposite direction as I was hoping.

  154. I think we're all going to be taken by surprise at what Kripke has in store for us. It's certainly going to change things, one way or another!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Yep, I loved the callback to Castle Storage :)

  156. Plus, if they go down that road, the exploration of his character can go in all new directions. I like it.

  157.  I doubt they're going to get rid of Misha, but I never say never when Kripke's involved! I can't wait to see how it all turns out!
