    well, we know Jonas Cobb is still alive, so either something else happened, or EJ is dead...and i reckon Ziva's likely to be safe, given that she just signed her contract...but i wonder how Mike Franks knew it was Cobb outside Gibbs' house?

    I think he's out. Gibbs said it was 8 in Mike's gun. Franks shot five and I know one agent got hit with one and the other took 2.

    Can't remember the terminology Gibbs used but I counted 9. 8 in the clip 1 in the barrel. Don't think that's the exact quote though. I'd say he's got 1 left, possibly for EJ, Which is a shame, don't completely hate her character and really like the actress.

    Agreed. I've always liked EJ, and I'm hoping Levin makes it as well.

    I hope Tony gets all mad that Ziva's captured!! This is a great opportunity for some Tiva, I just hope that the writers will take advantage of that and if not, well I pray for Ziva to be alright!!
