    It can't be Kort! He has to wear an ID visitor card when he's in MTAC! (The scenes where we've seen him in it) There's no way his eyes could open the door.

    Perhaps the person that gets killed isn't killed until the last episode. If it is Franks that would explain him being in the last two episodes
