Hawaii Five-0 - Peter Lenkov Says the Cast didn't know about the Ending until day of filming

As you probably would have noticed in the BTS look of the finale by CBS that Daniel Dae Kim mentioned that there were last minute changes to the scipt or scenes that were not mentioned until the day of filming.

Well, Peter Lenkov mentioned in an interview with Mike Buck in Hawaii after the episode that the scene between McGarrett & the Gov at her house where McGarrett finds out the truth about her was the scene that was written into the script on the day it was filmed.
