     Medical shows and Southern accents do very little for me, but it's Rachel Bilson. This falls into the same category as Suburgatory for me..... can I watch a show about things I don't like just to see them mocked? Dunno....

    I was hoping I was wrong but this IS Doc Hollywood redux after all.  I'll still give it a shot but I'm not as optimistic as I was.

    This reminds me of Everwood, except that was more wholesome and this looks like it could be so saccharine it will rot your teeth just by looking at it.

    I'll try it, and since i kinda watch/hate/love every freaken tv show of CW YES I DO SEW ME well i think I'll like even if it sucks hahahaa. kinda weird for cw imo though.... feel like a cross with abc any way
