"Unaccompanied Minor" - News of Meredith's dishonesty in the clinical trial comes to light, leading to unanticipated consequences for both her and others. Cristina finds herself in a compromising situation, which forces her to decide between her career and her relationship. Meanwhile, Owen posts his decision for chief resident and Teddy makes a surprising choice regarding her love life -- and her future -- on the Season Finale of Grey's Anatomy, THURSDAY, MAY 19 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Eric Dane as Mark Sloan, Chyler Leigh as Lexie Grey, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jessica Capshaw as Arizona Robbins, Kim Raver as Teddy Altman, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery and Sarah Drew as April Kepner.

Guest cast includes Scott Foley as Henry, Rachael Taylor as Dr. Lucy Fields, James Tupper as Andrew Perkins, Daniel Sunjata as Eli and Beverly Todd as Gilda Bix.

"Unaccompanied Minor" was written by Debora Cahn and directed by Rob Corn.

I'm guessing Meredith is chosen resident but because of her dishonesty it goes to Alex

yeah, good thought, could be true. I'd love to see Teddy and Henry together, but I have a feeling, that won't happen... (with Perkins on the show again and stuff)

I'm totally hoping Teddy and Henry get together, I've been waiting for this ever since he came to the show. I hope James Tupper is only making an appearance, but my guess is that since his character is a doctor, (and for being a shrink especially), he has higher chances of getting plots, etc. I don't dislike his character but I like Henry so much! I loved his scenes with Teddy last episode.

My thoughts too exactly! If she chooses Perkins, she might be forced to agree to his going-to-that-German-military-facility bit too! What does that make of Teddy's future? Will she be gone (I hope not)? What happens to Henry: Will he die? Will he commit suicide?

And about Meredith jeopardizing her career, I strongly believe it will be Alex who outs her, because he's the only one who can piece it together as he almost caught Meredith last episode; and he's worked "SO HARD" for his African surgery case that he might go desperate to bring every other resident down.

Cristina, on the other hand, I would guess is pregnant. But I wonder how it will play out. As she did the test on a stick years ago with Burke's baby (I hope it's even more dramatic this time).
