    I remember Broyles saying in one of the spoilers that the whole world blames Walter for what has happened and he is subsequently jailed for life.

    I believe the reason we are seeing all these spoilers is because most of the episode will be a red herring. There will be a twist, and a cliffhanger. They said that after this you will want to reevaluate the season itself as a whole. I think we will have a similar cliffhanger to season 5 of LOST, one were there will be "camps" of commenters with their pet theories as to next season's resolution. I love it.
