I thought this would be gone too.... I am interested to see how they kept what they kept since they had a limited amount of open time slots.... mid-season rotations? Short seasons? Interesting.
Maybe. Unless they start a primetime Saturday line-up... something needs to go.
Four new 1-hour dramas, plus CSI: Las Vegas, CSI:Miami, Criminal Minds, The Good Wife and The Mentalist, - 9 hour shows for 7 hour slots on the schedule. Maybe I missed something?
It's just a puzzle I can't figure out! Ha!
Two spots for new series and then 2 mid-season starts I guess maybe.
The way the use color on CSI: Miami made me stop watching after a season I think... well, that and the damned sunglasses . Just so contrived to match everyone's wardrobe and use colored lights to have weekly color schemes....
I think they could do a lot of show shuffling honestly. CSI is on its last legs. Maybe move Hawaii Five-0 to the prime Thursday slot since it's going to be strong for a Long while. A lot fo the CBS shows are aging and they could think of pairing them with the newer stronger shows.
It will be interesting to see if they keep both NCIS franchises together too. IT makes for awesome cross-over potential, but I like spreading similar shows throughout my week. But I do not program for a network.... that may be a terrible idea...
Oh thank god. This is the one CSI I still love to watch. Miami I've always hated and Las Vegas has really gone down the hill. Long live Mac and the team!
Yeahhhh!!! This is the renewal that makes me as happy as "Fringe"s renewal. This season was great, Jo (Sela Ward) was excellent. She didn't even make me remember the absence of Stella. I love all CSI's. It's great to go on the journey with all of them ;)

ReplyDeleteso true i say kill ray and jo and bring back grissom and stella there the best
ReplyDeleteSweet! I love CSI: NY, it is my favorite series in all the CSI's!
ReplyDeletehurrah!CSI:Ny is the best csi nowadays , happy to see it's gonna have a new season , hope with gary sinise again tho ;)
ReplyDeleteLas Vegas is too dark. Miami is too bright. New York is right in the middle.
ReplyDeleteCSI:NY is the best but CBS is actually thinking of cancelling it after the eighth season this year
ReplyDeletebut not the other two CSI,s i think thats so stupid
