  1. Oh! That's new and raw !?
At least it's straight, good ratings=pick up!

  2. Well hopefully people with Nielsen boxes tune in. Raising Hope has been averaging 4.5-6 million for the past 5 episodes. So if Breaking In can retain or maybe do better then what Raising Hope does tomorrow and Fox doesn't renew, then they were never gonna renew in the first place and just did this for PR sake.

Although I think it has found its audience, because for the past 3 episodes it has had 7.01mil, 7.07mil, and 6.95 mil. viewers

  5. O_o

That's got to be the biggest ultimatum ever. It's a "you win or you die" situation, clearly, even if that's niot that simple : it's not useful to tune in if you don't have a Nielsen box, and FOX's lineup for next fall is complete...

But The New Girl and/or I Hate My Teenage Daughter could flop (I love Zooey Deschanel but New Girl looks like crap from the 90's) so Breaking In could come in as a replacement.

And today, FOX executives said they'll try a full comedy block during Glee's hiatus in March/April 2012 (I read this on Deadline, maybe it could be a news here), so 4 live-action comedies will be on the air every Tuesday for 7 weeks. Might be a good opportunity for Breaking In, if the show did not come back before.

What I'm afraid of is that people don't know about that move at the last minute. Hopefully people who watch American Idol also watch Glee and are aware of it.

Approximatively 7.2 millions viewers watched episodes 1.02 to 1.06, and 2.4% on the 18/49 demo. That was after American Idol (22.5 million viewers, 7.0% on the 18/49 demo).

Now, the season finale will air after Raising Hope (5 million viewers, 1.9% on the 18/49 demo for the past 4 weeks since The Voice is on NBC).

Traffic Light (cancelled, and rightfully so) was around 2.6 million viewers and 1.0% on the 18/49 demo at 9:30pm.

My guess is, if Breaking In can have more than 4.2/4.3 million viewers and 1.5% on the 18/49, it's good. Let's not imagine it will build from Raising Hope's ratings, there's like zero chance that happens. But if the ratings are close from its lead-in, then it's good enough imo.

It might not have been smart from FOX to announce the show was cancelled and then say it might get saved after all depending on several factors. But anyway I really wish people tune in (even if they don't have the Nielsen thing).

I've seen the 6th episode this afternoon : amazing, I loved it as much as I loved the previous 4 episodes (not really fond of the pilot but after that Breaking In started to rock !). A show this good cannot be cancelled.

  6.  Finally something to watch on Tuesdays. That day is usually dead for me since they dropped Fringe and House.

  8. I hope it did well it was stable on Wednesday but moving the last ep seemed a strange thing to do.  I hope this all wasnt just done for a PR exercise and that they were going to give it a shot.  I will cross my fingers.
