    Steve Carell deserves AT LEAST an Emmy nomination for this episode. An Emmy win would be much appreciated.

    Yea, his conversation with Jim, Dwight reading his recommendation, and the whole Pam story line got me too.

    I managed to get through the entire episode without crying (which surprised me), but couldn't help it when he took his mic off. I loved his line, "You'll let me know if this ever airs, right?" I was so happy that we didn't hear his talk with Pam because that would have done me in even worse at that point. Overall, I thought it was bittersweet-funny episode and some people don't like that so I'm not surprised a few voted the way they did in this poll. Can't please everyone, I guess. Though why they expected some kind of slapstick laugh-fest is beyond me given the premise of the episode. Next week looks solid though.
