    I can't really tell who wrote an episode just by watching it. They're all good for me.

  4. Vance does not have blue eyes, but please keep him out of the show or use him less, the shows are much better without him. maybe get a new Director, one who functions more smoothly with the team.

  7. Vance is not a good foil for Gibbs. I don't know if it's the actor or how the role is written. It would be great if they transfered Lina Hunt from NCIS LA (which I seldom watch) to become his boss.
