Don't you think that the part "Port-to-Port killer has infiltrated the agency" suggests that it's Kort who's gonna turn up dead? Never really liked him, but he's interesting character, so he'd be missed.

the eyeball might very well belong to marcin jarek he is the ex cia man that worked with ducky in chalsa he was called mr pain he only had one eye and he was in season six when ducky was stabbed in the hand with the knife and from ausiello said that the persons eyeball does not nessecerly have to be dead just a thought who the eyeball belongs to cause he was cia and his eye could open up a federal buidling eye retna scan

The eyeball is definitely Kort's because in the preview for swan song he has an eye patch not to mention he has blue eyes... or now I guess that's a singular blue eye... as for who dies...I hope to god it isn't Tony or McGee because it looked like it was a guy when they showed the silhouettes... they did say that P2P is striking at the heart which leads me to assume 1) Vance because he's the director or 2) Franks): because there doesn't seem like any other good reason for him to show up in this episode and it would be a new angle since they have killed the director before(Jenny):. I hope it's Vance though because I really don't like him. Also, anyone guessing Palmer? He's kind of fallen into the background recently.Maybe they'll kill him?

The eyeball can't belong to Trent Cort for the following reasons: 1. Man in his 30's. 2. had lasik eye surgery. 3. The eyeball opens MTAC which Trent Cort doesn't have access to. I am guessing the eyeball might either belong to Chad Dunham or to Stan Burley(season 1 High Seas used to work for Gibbs). Both have blue eyes and are in their 30's and they would be able to access MTAC since they would have clearance. Remember clues were given that it was someone that deep fans would know. I have heard from different people that they think they eyeball could also belong to Lt. Harm from JAG but I don't think so. Have also heard that some people are thinking that the P2P killer could be EJ or CIA Ray. All I know is I am loving this. Its gonna be awesome to see the last few episodes.
