EMILY'S WORLD IS CHANGED FOREVER, IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF "MAKE IT OR BREAK IT,"

MONDAY, MAY 2nd AT 9:00 PM ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

Gabrielle Carteris ("Beverly Hills 90210") Guest-Stars

Burbank, CA (April 26, 2011) - Emily faces a life-changing decision when it comes to her future as an Olympic gymnast, in "Requiem for a Dream," an all-new episode of ABC Family's original series "Make It or Break It" premiering Monday, May 2nd (9:00 - 10:00 PM ET/PT).

As an elite gymnast, Emily's life has always been dictated by her sport. With everything she's worked so hard for in jeopardy, she needs the support of her friends and family more than ever. But between Payson's anger at Emily for breaking the rules, Sasha's investment in her career and Kaylie's unexpected confession, Emily realizes there might be more to life than gymnastics. Further complicating matters, she learns that the NGO officially reinstated her to the U.S. World team, forcing her to make a decision about her future sooner than she would like. As Emily makes the toughest decision of her life, will she do what everyone expects, or will she find the courage to follow her heart?

Meanwhile, Summer struggles with her residual feelings for Sasha as she tries to build a life with Steve and Lauren.

"Make It or Break It" is executive produced by Holly Sorensen, Paul Stupin and John Ziffren, along with co-executive producer Joanna Johnson. John J. Sakmar and Kerry Lenhart are consulting producers, with supervising producers Michael Gans and Richard Register and producer Maria Melograne. The series stars Chelsea Hobbs, Ayla Kell, Josie Loren, Cassie Scerbo, Peri Gilpin, Candace Cameron Bure and Susan Ward.

  1. I have watched all of the seasons now. the show started with Emily coming in so why is she the last to get something good and Lauren is the first to get everything. why? oh idk cuz the show story is failing.

  2.  I loved that song used when Sasha pulls up on his bike and hosts the pressconference…it’s “I’m Alive” by Radio Freq and I thought it was really great. Anyone else agree? I put a video clip up at http://vimeo.com/23508071Anyway, really good episode, they seem to be getting better every episode now in the second season. My only hope is that they don’t make the Emily being pregnant storyline get too cliche and silly, but for now I’m loving Make It Or Break it.
