05/18/2011 (10:00PM - 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : DETECTIVES BENSON (MARISKA HARGITAY) AND STABLER (CHRIS MELONI) NEVER EXPECT THAT THEIR INVESTIGATION OF AN ACCUSED RAPIST WILL PUT EVERYONE IN DANGER WHEN IT LEADS TO A DEADLY SHOOTOUT IN THE PRECINCT

When a woman is murdered during an afternoon shopping trip with her daughter, Detectives Benson (Hargitay) and Stabler (Meloni) are called in because she was scheduled to testify in their high-profile rape case. As the detectives continue to investigate the correlation between the murder and their case, they discover unlikely friendships that will lead them to the truth.

    Is it me or is in EVERY season finale someone dying? I mean, since this is a police drama it isn't very unlikely but even in the other shows there is someone dying. Well, I'm curious at least, let's hope for another good ending of this season!

    It was said that its somebody of the "main" cast, so it means John, Fin, the Chief, Elliot or Liv ... *sigh* ... and the show isnt renewed yet.

    yeah forgot about those but it maybe could also be kathy (my hopes are up) or an ADA - but they wont kill two ADAs in one season

    If you've read this, you're probably okay with a clue as to who's probably dying but just in case...



    B.D. Wong's going to be in a new show. Ausiello said earlier that if it got picked up- and I think it must have been, as it's filming, he would leave SVU. So I'm guessing Huang's going to die.

    He meant if it gets picked up to become a full show. They've already filmed the pilot. They may pick it up to become a full series, but they haven't already.
    I think George is going to end up dying, and if he does, I am A. Going to cry and B. Stop watching the show.

    Oh no!!!  I didn't hear that B.D. Wong was leaving!  I hope he's not going to die!  I also heard that Tamara Tunie was leaving....I hope it's not her either.  I love the whole cast!!  Ice T just got his own reality tv show so I was wondering if it was Finn :(

    OK.....I have not really heard many rumors about who's leaving the show.  I know Ice T just got his own reality show but he said he was not going to leave SVU.  I also heard that Tamara Tunie was leaving.  Anybody hear any rumors as to who's leaving???

    Elliot is leaving the show and Mariska Hargitay will only be on 13 episodes next season. It's a shame....I'm glad Ice T is still around though.

    So I didn't see Elliot on the season premiere of the show.  Is he holding out for a better contract, or has he said he is done with it?  I understand building your characters up in a show, but he has to many years to drop it and not be missed.  I just started recording the show from eps 1 year 1 right up to present to watch, and now to know one of the main people is not there is a kick in the face.  I hope he comes back to tie up loose ends with the unit and staff, that would be a better send off for Elliot as a character.  In most shows it is a death and service and grave side shots.  Look at Law and Order, a show I thought that would go on to beat the record of Gun Smoke for longest running, and with the natural death of Jerry Orbock, the show feel in on it's self in two years.

    Just my thoughts,
