    Chuck goes to hit Blair and she ducks?! WTF I used to love Chuck but if they make him try to hit her in a drunken rage I WILL NOT FORGIVE HIM. VIOLENCE IS NEVER OK.

    I don't care HOW drunk or upset he is, you never take it out on the girl you are supposedly in love with!!

    its still a HORRIBLE why would he punch the glass ABOVE HER HEAD?! hes trying to intimidate her! he's obviously drunk and raging and can't control his temper at all. thats how my dad started beating my mom! he started out hitting the wall and breaking windows and mirrors and eventually that wasnt good enough and he would get drunk and angry and hit my mom. I DONT CARE IF ITS TV ITS NOT ROMANTIC WHEN A GUY IS VIOLENT. EVER.

    I am sorry for what happened to your mom. Obviously this is very upsetting for you. I don't think it is romantic for a guy to be violent either. I honestly think the whole thing will be one big misunderstanding.

    If he starts beating her, then that is a different story... I just doubt they're going to do that.

    Ah so fucking tired of Chuck/Blair breaking up and making up like it's so annoying. They had a good thing going with Dan/Blair something NEW for a change. these storylines are getting stale and boring.

    I really hope the yelling/punching the window scene is misleading because I don't know if I can take Chuck harming Blair in any way. I've watched it in slow motion on my dvr and I can kind of see curly hair in the corner... I'm not looking forward to watching Chuck's self-destruction.

    Why are they completely killing Chuck? Seriously, as if he hasn't be through and done enough... now this! Ugh this is so annoying! He was my favorite character but after everything it's hard to love him the same way :(

    I just want my Chair back, is that too much to ask for?

    Obviously he DOES NOT physically abuse or hit Blair. Look at the Chair on Chairs photos released. Do you think Blair is the type of girl who would EVER go back and socialise with someone who physically abused her? Blair is happy & smiling in that photo, not cowering with fear. That is why I'm still Team Chair, Team Blair, and Team Dark Knight - because she looks happy.

    I assume it's partially misleading. I mean, obviously Chuck is yelling and punching glass while Blair is near him since that is in the promo. But she appears to be perfectly fine in the photos for 4.21 and 4.22 whereas he has a bandaged hand, so I think it's more self-destructive and hurting her.

    Plus CB have scenes together in both episodes and are laughing and being hoisted on chairs in the finale, so I don't think he turns into some abusive ex-boyfriend or anything. Still awful for the writers to keep throwing him under the bus, though.

    Oh Chuck my baby! he is losing everyting and everyone that matters to him lately! and now the only person he has ever loved Blair is leaving him too..İf I were him I would punch the walls or commit suicide.The promo looks amazing and Ed and Leighton are going to kill the scene.I missed them soo much.GG was empty without them lately!

    Great promo. Finally Chuck and Blair (even though it looks angsty as hell). However it plays out Ed and Leighton are going to rock it as they are the two best actors on that show. At least Chuck isn't being indifferent to Blair as well, he realises the person who has always been his emotional support could have a real chance of leaving him forever. Hopefully after this he starts to grow (didn't Josh Safran say its always darkest before the dawn).

     What a great episode, especially the end! I do really like how the Blair/Louis storyline is developing, and have had enough of Chuck (like everyone else).

    Also thought it was so great that they used "Ladder Song" by Bright Eyes in the end montage (video is up at http://vimeo.com/23506076 ) Gossip Girl + Bright Eyes = me in heaven.
