    Okay, I agree with the fact this show is extremely confusing and I'm just about done with it too... but comments like these are just ridiculous. If you are going to complain about stuff not making sense, why would you want to devote screen time to finding this out? First of all, we already know why Michael did it. To protect his family.

    As far as Sean goes, does it really matter that much. As the great Damon Lindelof, in regards to people asking 'how the island moves through space-time', said, "It just does. You have to accept the fact that it does."

    Not everything can, or in this case, should be explained. He left the ship and got to Miami. That's all that matters. If you really want an episode showing him walking off of a boat and getting to the airport and boarding, then that's silly.
