Why is this promo endorsing Bree being blamed for the murder of Juanita Solis? Now the show even makes you believe that Andrew actually killed her. Partially responsible? Yes, but they put too much emphasis on Andrew being the culprit and now Bree? I like how we know more about this backstory than the writers seem to know. If you ask me, this storyline took too long to reach an end, anyway.
The writers only brought back this storyline per the demand of the fans. Ever since season 1 people have been wishing for some closure. If you asked me, I was fine with the way things were handled for that story in seasons 1-2, I didn't need Carlos to know, but I'm fine with the current story too.
As far as the characters are concerned, Andrew was responsible for her death. No one knows Juanita fell down the stairs, not even Gabrielle, who was at the hospital to receive the settlement. She knows some negligence was involved, and so does Carlos, but no one knows what truly transpired. And Andrew knows even less, so obviously he feels guilty for murdering Juanita, though not immediately, and in this promo we're lead to believe that Bree murdered her, most likely because Carlos told Juanita the truth and the latter called the cops, who misunderstood the story.
All I'm saying is that this storyline should've wrapped up a lot earlier. I saw a sneak peek of that excerpt from the promo and it's just awful and silly. Gaby's kids being afraid of Bree after she comes into the room where they're sleeping and shows her act as though she's about to smother them with a pillow? That isn't funny, that's ridiculous. The comedy has been so watered down this season and situations that should be serious are played for laughs way too much. That's just my opinion.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
