Which parts/actors in a hit TV show do you think were really miscast and why?

Josh Radnor (Ted Mosby) on HIMYM (He is just too annoying and has no charisma).
Cobie Smulders (Robin Sherbatsky) on HIMYM (She is not WOW enough to play the part of a woman everyone vies for).
Kaley Cuoco (Penny) on TBBT (her ""talent"" can't be compared with that of the other cast members and it stands out).
