TV shows seem to be dying young after Law & Order ended in it's 20th season last year. and shows outside of CBS & the CW are dying even younger.
First place
The oldest scripted show left on US TV (excluding animations & daytime Soaps) is Law and Order SVU in it's 12th season which may end this season due to cast contracts expiring and a desire to end the show.
Second place
the CSI mothership at 11 season which is expected to return next year.
Third place
Smallville at 10 seasons the longest running "serialized" show which is ending this season.
Fourth Place
Law and Order CI on USA having it's 10th and final season this summer.
Fifth place goes to CSI:Miami at 9 seasons which is considered on the bubble due to low ratings.
Sixth Place
One Tree Hill rumors have the creators and cast wishing to end it this season with contracts expiring and Sophia Bush stating this is her final season it's likely done.
Seventh Place
Two & a Half Men at season 8 which is already renewed for season 9.
Eighth Place
NCIS also at eight seasons still a ratings monster and expected to continue
Ninth Place
Entourage having it's 8th and final season this summer (with a reduced order).
