Anything juicy coming up on Castle? — Melanie
ADAM: It's the moment Castle fans have long fantasized about: In the Jan. 3 episode, Castle will look Beckett square in the eyes and say, "Will you marry me?" Speaking of fantasies, just wait until you see Castle's reaction to finally living out one of his dreams: being alone in a room with two Becketts at the same time.
When will we get more backstory on The Vampire Diaries? — Maxine
NATALIE: An upcoming flashback to 1864 will give Elena a new perspective on her sibling suitors. Before then, though, expect a visit or two from the Grim Reaper. "A lot of people are dying," Katerina Graham tells us. "Not, like, too many, where it's like, 'Why are all these people dying?' But a couple of important characters are going to go."
What can you tell me about my favorite Modern Family couple: Cam and Mitchell? — Wendy
ADAM: This year's Valentine's Day episode will center on Mitchell and Cam's suspicions that Mitchell's assistant has a crush on him. (Why else wouldn't he give Mitchell Cam's messages and flowers?) When Cam confronts the would-be homewrecker, however, he learns that the assistant actually has the hots for him. I blame the bike shorts.
When will Derek start his Alzheimer's trials on Grey's Anatomy? — Alison
NATALIE: Soon. But don't think he's going to change his mind about working with Meredith. He's still concerned that adding his wife to his team will adversely affect his judgment, so he chooses another resident. That decision will turn Dr. Grey into a green-eyed monster.
What can you tell me about John Corbett's role on Parenthood? — Blaine
ADAM: Corbett replaces Darin Heames, who played Sarah's unreliable musician ex, Seth, in the pilot. After reuniting with his dad telephonically (thanks to Zeek) in the Thanksgiving episode, Drew starts secretly meeting up with Seth when he learns he's in town playing a few gigs. Sarah and Zeek are beyond furious when they find out, and perhaps with good reason: although Seth is nine months sober, his temper is still a big issue.
Can you share any scoop on Mark Singer's guest stint on V? — Nick
NATALIE: His character will play a big role in the next level of the Visitor resistance. "He's the leader of this massive [government-funded] military group called The Aries Project," which is preparing for a Visitor attack, says executive producer Scott Rosenbaum. "They're not a rag-tag [organization]; they're the real deal."
How are the wives going to adjust to being "out" on Big Love? — Chelsea
ADAM: Not so well, Chelsea. When HBO's Full House-with-polygamy returns on Jan. 16, we'll soon discover that one wife is hitting the bottle, one has developed a violent streak, one breaks down in periodic crying jags and one has started dancing suggestively to pop music of the 1980s. Oh yeah, and one is headed toward a divorce. Wait, that's five wives! Or... is it? Match your best guesses for each behavior in the comments section.
Spencer and Alex are such a cute couple on Pretty Little Liars. What's going on with them next season? — Jenna
NATALIE: Spencer will still be in a relationship, but it won't be with Alex. She'll have a new, very unlikely love interest. And yes, it's someone who viewers have already met, according to executive producer Marlene King.
How come you guys never write about The Defenders? We would like some scoop on that show, too! — Eric
ADAM: Look for Breaking Bad's Dean Norris to play an old friend of Jim Belushi's Nick in the Jan. 19 episode. Norris plays a former Mob accountant who has been on the lam for more than 17 years after being accused of his wife's murder. He ends up back in Vegas seeking Nick's help in proving his innocence.
Any chance April and Andy will finally get together on Parks & Recreation? — Mitchell
NATALIE: Andy will do anything, and I mean anything, to get back into April's good graces, including befriend her new boyfriend. (Wait, what? New boyfriend?) Surprisingly, though, it'll be Ann who ultimately makes the most progress in bringing together Andy and April.
Such a long wait for 90210 to come back. Got any scoop to hold me over? — Jessie
ADAM: I'm hearing that Adrianna will learn of Navid and Silver's complicated feelings for one another, but rather than confront Silver, a newly malicious Ade will relish watching Silver squirm as she "searches" for the temptress. Meanwhile, look for Naomi to really branch out when she paints herself blue for a date: a special screening of Avatar. Na'omi, is that you?
Any scoop on Cougar Town? — Marshall
NATALIE: In an upcoming episode, Laurie will reveal that she is pregnant with Bobby's child! Is a possible romance between Jules' best friend and her ex-husband brewing? Clearly a recipe for disaster! Or... is it?
