I couldn't see this on the site anywhere, so if it's old news I can only apologise, but I just checked out Sebastian Roche's Twitter (Still hoping for his return to Fringe :P) and he wrote this little snippet.
Checked out his IMDb and apparently he played a character called Balthazar.
