Morgana is tormented by dreams of Guinevere becoming Queen of Camelot, as the fantasy drama continues. Encouraged by Morgause, she decides to reveal Arthur and Gwen's courtship to Uther, who will do whatever it takes to stop his son from marrying a serving girl.
When his father banishes Gwen from the kingdom, Arthur makes the ultimate sacrifice and resolves to leave Camelot with her. Determined to stop them, Morgana frames Gwen for the scandalous crime of enchanting the Prince. With destiny at stake, Merlin must risk everything to save her from a gruesome death.
Morgana is played by Katie McGrath, Gwen by Angel Coulby, Morgause by Emilia Fox, Arthur by Bradley James, Uther by Anthony Head and Merlin by Colin Morgan.

Merlin is one of the shows that I have followed since its pilot episode. Though the story is not new at all, the writers managed to find twists to make it interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt has a sense of humor about itself too. Many shows are comedies or dramadies on TV, but Merlin seems to have a unique lightheartedness at the same time as having relatively intense drama without either the drama or the humor seeming forced. Me likey.
