The mysteries are piling up on Supernatural this season. What is up with the monsters? Who was Grandpa Creepy calling? How are Sam and Grandpa Creepy back from the dead? Why is Grandpa Creepy capturing monsters and what is he doing with them? Why does the CW think people who watch Supernatural will be interested in Gossip Girl or 90210?
All valid questions, but the biggest mystery is what is up with Sam? I've read many theories. Some believe that he is suffering from his trip to hell and that this is his way of coping with his experiences there, a Post-Hell Stress Syndrome if you will. Others think he is still possessed by Lucifer or that he was permanently changed by all the demon blood he drank before facing Satan. There is the theory that he has been soul-jacked and cannot connect with basic human emotions. Some feel he is working with Grandpa Creepy and the CSK's (Cambell Soup Kids, thanks SuePo)while others think that he is using them for his own nefarious purposes. My current theory is that he is being controlled by an Alpha. That is just a few of the theories floating around.
