Guest starring Ron Perkins as Roy, Candice Patton as Meg, Randee Heller as Joanne, Deborah Strang as Ellie, Charlie Koznick as Trey, Susan Slome as Mindy and Jarrod Bailey as Seth.
"Almost Grown" was written by Brian Tanen and directed by Chandra Wilson.
"Grey's Anatomy" is broadcasted in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
