The David Duchovny comedy "Californication" also returns for its fourth season premiere that night and will lead off at 9 p.m.
Showtime will also air the cable premiere of the second "Twilight" installment, "New Moon," on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 8 p.m.
"Shameless," from John Wells, focuses on a patriarch (Macy) of an unconventional Chicago family of six kids. Rossum plays the eldest child.
"Episodes" centers on a U.K. show by a British couple that is turned into an Americanized sitcom, with LeBlanc as the lead.
