    I definitely think this was the best episode of the series. For the first time I didn't felt a little disapointed after the amazingly done cliffhangers! AWESOME!

    I think the dramaticness was better than the season 1 finale. I also think all the twist in this episode were a lot better than season 1 finale as well.

    Second best. Didn't beat Season 1 finale for me. But, it was an AMAZING episode, nonetheless.

    Yeah, it was a shocking episode. And Damon really lost everything.
    The ring protects you against the supernatural stuff so no, you won't die by a vampires hand like Jeremy but a car accident per say is not supernatural and it will kill you like Jeremy's father. Vampire blood will heal you if you're just hurt, not dead and will not turn you except if you die within the 24 hours after you received it. If you die with it still in the system you will turn into a vampire (though not completely all the way, you still have to take your first victim to complete the transformation). Jeremy didn't die and didn't turn into a vampire despite the blood because he didn't take enough pills and the blood healed the effect of them. Caroline on the other hand was killed with Damon's blood still in her system therefore she will wake up as a vampire.     That was excellent! And I'm so glad they had Katherine interacting with people right off the bat instead of dragging it out.

    Poor Damon. How can Katherine not love him? But I'm here for him if he needs consoling.

    I'm starting to get a little confused with the deaths/non-deaths though. If you die by a vampires hand-no matter how it happens-if you have the ring on you don't die? But if you're in a natural accident you die? And vampire blood can save you but it won't turn you into a vampire necessarily? Anna's blood didn't turn Jeremy, but maybe Damon's turned Caroline? My DVR cut off right at the beginning of the scenes from next week. Was that Caroline attacking somebody?

    I'm also a big fan of gossip girl and I thought the season's 3 finale was good AND also it killed me but THIS actually hurt even MORE!!!!! really good...I'm just REALLY dissapointed about jeremy not becoming a vamp and also pissed off because i really wished they could be an elena & damon romance... hope things can be fixed...until then I JUST CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK

    While the show was on 2nite, I kept thinking, man I wanna see the 2nd episode NOW!!!!!!! Not next wk!!!!!!.....It was epic!!!!! The whole yr I kept thinking how can they top the 1st season, cuz every episode was unbelievably good!!! Well I guess I got my answer, cuz their definitely going there!! Their topping season 1 already!! I LOVE IT!!!! AND I'm happy to say....glad I got my DELENA KISS, even if it was one sided.........SO FAR!!!!!
