Still have the image of Bill twisting Lorena's head around 180 degrees? Let's see what else True Blood can throw our way.

Sookie cleans Alcide's wound from his battle at Lou Pine's. The two discuss werewolves doing V, and Alcide is sickened by the idea; it goes against everything they stand for. Sookie asks him about Debbie, and he tells her she was his fiancee, until she left him about a month ago. His sister Janice still sees her from time to time as Janice goes to her parlor to get her hair done. Sookie's cell phone rings, and she asks it. After calling Bill's name twice, he replies. She tells him that she knows that the werewolves have taken him, and wants to know where he is so she can come get him. Bill informs her that he is not under captor, but that he has decided to leave his life in Bon Temps, which includes leaving her. She replies "Fuck You!" and reminds him that last time they were together, he had proposed marriage. He tells her it is better that he never got to hear her say yes. Sookie doubts his intentions, believing that those listening in are monitoring what he says. He informs her that Lorena is indeed listening in, and that he has just finished making love to her in a way only two vampire can experience. He tells her that he has held back with her, and he no longer wants to limit himself. Bill tells Sookie that he will bring her only suffering, and he urges her to move on. He tells her that she is no longer of concern to him, and that she shouldn't look for him, as he doesn't wish to be found.

♫ I wanna do Bad Things to you... ♫

Sookie sits on the couch, inconsolable over Bill's departure. She is confused how Bill could leave her, let alone over the phone. Alcide questions how many relationships she's been in, as there is no nice way to get out of 'these things.' Sookie feels that their love was bigger than breaking up over the phone. She leans against Alcide for comfort, and comments on how warm he is, which he replies is a Were thing, running a little hot. Alcide wipes a tear from her cheek and offers her some privacy. He leaves the room to put on a shirt.

Sam runs out from Merlotte's calling after Tommy, gun in his hand. He sniffs at the air as he searches around. He finds his parents van parked in the woods by his parking lot. His mother tells him that they didn't go anywhere because they don't have anywhere to go; they didn't have rent to pay their recently foreclosed landlord. Sam tells them need to move on, and they insist they will leave once Tommy returns. Sam tells them they better be.

Franklin and Tara sit on the steps in Sookie's home. He still has her under his glamour, as he instructs her to tell him everything she knows about Bill and Sookie. Tara speaks almost as if in a trance. Tara tells her that Sookie believe it was love at first sight. Tara believes that because Sookie is a telepath, the fact that Bill is quiet to her was attractive. Franklin asks if Jason is also a telepath, but Tara tells him he has a hard time knowing what he's thinking half the time. She smiles when she says Jason's name, and Franklin tells her it is making him jealous. Tara says that for a long time, she was convinced she loved Jason, until she realized he doesn't love her back. Franklin asks where Sookie is, and Tara replies immediately that she is in Jackson, MS. Tara calls Sook, and she answers her cell phone. We see Tara being used as a puppet by Franklin; he mouths the words and she says them. Franklin tries to use Tara to convince Sookie to tell them where she is, but fails to get the info from her. After hanging up the phone, Tara manages to get free of Franklin for a moment. He quickly grabs her again, pinning her in the door frame and bites into her neck.

Lorena sits at the vanity preening. She tells Bill that was the best sex she's had in decades; it was so full of passion. He tells her that the passion she felt was him killing the part of him that loves Sookie. He tells her that it was a long night and he needs to rest, "Get the fuck out!" Lorena chuckles, exclaiming that she's happy. She tells Bill that he will love her again, even if it takes forty years. He rises from the bed and violently tosses her from the room; she crashes into the wall, breaking a frame and dripping blood from her nose. Bill slames the doors to his room, receiving a burn from the silver in the process.

Eric appears floating outside Sookie's hotel window. She asks what he is doing there, and he tells her he is waiting for an invitation into the room. She asks him if all vampires can fly, and he asks her, by means of an answer, can all humans sing? She invites him in, and once inside, Eric asks how the search is going. She tells him it isn't going too well. She inhales, and tells him he smells of the ocean in winter, whereas Bill has no scent. She asks how it is possible; he must have played by the North Sea as a child. Eric is amazed that she knew this. She claims that she is smelling his memories, and begins to kiss him. She pushes Eric on the bed and strips off her robe. We hear Yvette's voice ask him if he wants more, and Eric snaps to reality. He is sitting in his throne at Fangtasia. Pam watches from across the room as he storms off.

Alcide is cooking a steak as Sookie walks into the kitchen. He asks her when she plans on heading back to Bon Temps, since they have no need to continue the search. Sookie insists that Bill must be in trouble, but if he can look her in the eyes and tell her that he no longer loves her, she will leave him behind to rot. She tells Alcide she needs to go to Debbie's engagement party with hopes that she will be able to get more information once there.

Lafayette calls Tara, but only gets her voicemail. He tells her that he has a new car, or, as he puts it "a 6 figure bucket seat, cradling his black ass." He tells her that she can have his old car, but she should call him back. The camera focuses on a cell phone as it gets a voice mail notification. It sits on the edge of a sink, and we see Tara sitting next to it, trussed up on the toilet. Her arms are bound, her mouth is taped, and she is pantless. Franklin was at least considerate in his method of restraining her. As she struggles to reach the phone, it vibrates into the sing. Tara cries in silence.

A knock on the door, and Sookie opens it to reveal Janice Herveaux, Alcide's sister. She is excited when she meets Sookie, thinking she is Alcide's new girl to help him get over Debbie. Sookie corrects her, telling her that they are working together. Janice tells her she doesn't look like she's in construction. Sookie lets her know that Alcide is assisting her in finding someone she loves that has gone missing. She tells Janice that she called her because she needs to get into Lou Pine's without standing out; Janice says that is her specialty. Sookie tells her that she want's to 'go deep' and look like she could kick ass. As Janice is flipping through a book of temporary tattoos, Sookie comments about the engagement party that evening. She reads Janice's thoughts, overhearing her think "that dumb bitch Debbie is actually getting herself initiated with those freaks." Sookie tells her that they learned it from Hollis the previous night, and she continues "fucking Hollis running his mouth about Debbie being hooked on V." Janice goes on to say that being with Debbie was not good for her brother; how many bullets do you need to take, thank god he got out alive.

At Merlotte's, Jason sits at the Bar with Hoyt and another of his crew. He tries to flag down Arlene to get some service but she's too busy to help him out. She delivers a pitcher of beer to some underaged kids from the high school football team. On the other side of the room, Andy toast's Bud at his farewell party. They present them with a nice pair of boots and he gives a nice farewell speech to the crowd. The football players start to get rowdy, and as Andy is announced as the new sheriff, Jason approaches the footballers. Jason tries to teach some manners to Kitch and the rest of his boys. Jason warns him that in ten years, the cycle will repeat itself, so he better watch out. Kenya sits at the bar drinking as Arlene crashes into Sam behind the bar. Arlene starts falling apart, nearly spilling that she's pregnant to Sam. He tells her that he will find some more help.

Alcide arrives to take Sookie to Lou Pine's. He comments that Janice must have liked her after seeing her in her new get up. Sookie tells him that Debbie is getting initiated into Coot's pack, and that she is addicted to V. Alcide is incensed, but wonders why his sister didn't tell him before. Sookie tells her that Janice was trying to protect her, but she knows how he feels for her and was trying to do right by him. He agrees to take her to Lou Pine's, but they will need to get separately, as he's still likely to get the shit kicked out of him again.

Russel puts a record onto an old Victrola, as he preps two cigars for Bill and himself. He asks him how long he worked for the Queen, and in what capacity. Bill tells him that he was a procurer for 35 years. Russel offers him a cigar, and the two discuss their future together. Bill needs something in return if he agrees to give Russel the information he desires. He requests the end of Lorena once he fulfills his duties to the King. Russel tells him it is punishable to kill a Vampire; Bill reminds him only if it is reported. He nods, implying an understanding, and Bill gives him the information that he has on the Queen. He tells Russel that Eric Northman, Sheriff of Area 5, has been selling V under the orders of the Queen. The King questions why she would do something so stupid, with the Magister itching for an inquisition. Bill gives his reasoning; The Great Revelation. With Vampires being public figures now, the IRS is taxing their amassed fortunes, and she is feeling the financial pinch. Russel thanks Bill for the information.

It is after nightfall once again, and Franklin returns to Tara in the motel. She is still tied to the toilet. Franklin tells her he missed her, and proffers her a bouquet of flowers. He tells he he can't stop thinking about her, telling her she's magical. He licks her and tells her that there is so much ahead of them.

Sam begins to teach Jessica the ins and outs of being a hostess. She asks when she'll get to serve tables, but he tells her that she needs to be 18 to serve alcohol. She's upset, because she will never be 18. Arlene is also upset, because a hostess doesn't help alleviate her work load. A group of customers enters and Sam asks her if she can handle it. She tells him she's a vampire, not a fucking idiot. Arlene is moody over Jessica working there, as she was always the only redhead at Merlotte's and now she'll have to share tips with her. As they talk about all the charity cases Sam has helped out, his parents are mentioned. Sam assures Arlene that they won't be a problem any longer. Terry pokes his head out of the kitchen and tells Sam they are grilling in the parking lot. Sam runs out to deal with them. As Jessica seats a group of customers, she bumps into someone as she returns to the hostess stand. He recognizes her, and introduces himself as Chip from Bible Study. He exclaims her family will be so happy to hear she is alive.

Lafayette tries to make a deal with a 'family' to move his V. The father is reluctant. Lafayette offers it to him, saying nothing this hot, will cost so little and earn so much. They refuse to be in business with "people like him." In the background a commotion can be heard around Lafayette's car. He runs out to stop them, and they call him a faggot and kick him in the stomach.

Hoyt arrives at Merlotte's. As he approaches the restaurant, he sees Jessica off in the distance talking with Chip. Chip and Jessica talk, and Jessica glamours him, telling him he never stopped for a bite and drove straight home. Chip comments that he hates being hungry before bed, but it seems he understands what he needs to do.

Eric speeds in to rescue Lafayette. He extricates him from the beating he was receiving, grabbing the father by his neck. Eric insists that they take the deal. They refuse, saying he'd have to kill him first. Eric volunteers to kill all the brother-cousins instead. They agree to the deal.

Franklin and Tara drive down the road; Tara is still bound. Franklin notices a sign offering cherries and persimmons. He says he misses fresh fruit. Tara wants answers, and Franklin refuses to give her any information as they drive. He tells her that she is his now, and all things will change.

Sam finds Tommy getting dressed in a clearing in the woods. Tommy asks why Sam bothered to look them up, why he'd want to be involved in this family. Sam tells them he lived a bad life, doing them blind. He wanted to see what he missed out on, and now that he's seen it, he doesn't regret what he had. Sam offers to set Tommy up with a job at the bar, so he can leave his parents behind. Tommy tells Sam that if he leaves them, within a week they'd be in the gutter, and he would never be able to live with himself if that was the case.

Eric and Lafayette are driving in the Viper. Eric tells Lafayette that he thought he was a businessman, but he lacks certain 'artistry' in doing what he does. Eric tells him that he walks into situations expecting to them to adapt to him, and not the other way around. Ego gets in the way of salesmanship. Eric's cell phone rings, with Pam calling from the bar telling him they are being raided. He replies in his native tongue, call the American Vampire League, I'm busy. She tells him it isn't the police... it is the Magister. She tells him to run that the Queen has set them up. The Magister finds Pam in the basement, ordering his men to seize her. Back in the car, Lafayette tells Eic that he doesn't have fangs, and can't speak whatever language he was speaking, but he can sell the shit. As he speaks, Eric is rolling down his window. Once it is open, he flies out the window and disappears.

Back at Merlotte's, Jason waits in the vestibule for Andy. He follows Andy into the Men's room, and tells him that he wants to be a police officer, there has to be an easier way. He reminds Andy that he killed Eggs, and he caught the drug dealer, and he's familiar with falsifying the evidence. He reminds Andy that he is already the best cop.

Tommy comes out to woods as the Mickers are grilling. Joe Lee offers to whoop Tommy until Sam steps from the woods. Sam offers them a place to live, if they'll clean up. They agree to Sam's terms.

Franklin arrives at Russel's home. He enters with Tara, and Talbot intercepts them in the foyer. He tells them Russel is out, and will be a while. Franklin volunteers to wait. Talbot gives Tara the once over, asking is she's for him, and commenting that she's skinny. Franklin sits on a chair in the corner, and Tara shoots him an evil eye.

Sookie and Alcide are at Lou Pine's. Alcide lets her know, via thought, that Hollis isn't there. Sookie approaches the bar, and the guy from last night, one of Coot's crew, offers her a hot. She declines, but his thoughts reveal he thinks he recognizes her, so she does the shot, which is followed by two more. Debbie approaches her, asking who she is, and Alcide tells her that she's with him.

Bill, Russel and Lorena roll up in a limo to a strip club. Lorena requests someone smoky, not fatty; Russel expresses desire for something ethnic. Russel asks Bill "You said you were a procurer? Go procure." Bill agrees to the request and exits the limo.

Eric arrives at Fangtasia, where the Magister is torturing Pam. He orders her release, telling him that he is the one the Magister seeks. He also insists that he was framed. The Magister tells him that after all these years, excuses are still no better with age. The Magister asks him under whose orders he was selling the blood; he asks which crime he'd prefer; desecration of the blood, or treason against the regent. Magister puts silver to Pam's flesh, burning her. As she is burned, she screams in pain that it was Bill Compton that did it. Eric reminds the Magister that he has seen Bill's actions before, putting his own needs and desires first. The Magister gives him 2 days to present evidence, otherwise Pam will die a true death; he removes the silver cap from his cane to reveal a stake.

Alcide, Debbie and Sookie argue over why they have come to the bar. Sookie tells Debbie that Alcide came, despite it all, to ensure the women he loves, who is buried deep within her, doesn't disappear forever. Coot steps in as Alcide is in the process of convincing her. Debbie insists that they let them stay to see it through, so he understands she's with him for good. Sookie gets a glimpse of Coot holding Bill hostage in the car. Debbie's clothes are stripped form her, and she is carried over the heads of the crowd to the stage.

In the limo outside the strip club, Russel says he has an appointment to attend to, and exits the car. He tells Lorena that if Bill comes with dinner, not to wait for him. Inside the club Bill looks around, trying to find the right girl. He finds a girl and stares at her as the song plays on.

Debbie is deposited on the stage and wrapped in a wolf pelt. Russel takes the stage, and all the werewolves drop to one knee in deference. Sookie and Alcide question Russel being in the wolf den. Russel bites into his arm and begins to fill shot glasses with his blood. As the glasses are passed around the bar, he tells Debbie that she can't have any, as it will prevent her brand from sticking. He thanks them for the obedience and allegiance through the ages. Russel exits, allowing them to celebrate amongst their own.

Bill sits in the champagne room as the girl dances for him. He asks her name, Destiny, her real name, Camilla, and glamours her real name out of her, Pam. He asks her about husband, kids and family. She denies having any, and shares her philosophy of life, that loving is not worth the effort, and no one gets out alive.

Debbie is branded with the same runic symbol we've seen on other werewolves. The crowd starts cheering and hooting. Coot takes the stage and transforms. He howls from on top the speakers, and the crowd becomes hypnotized. Alcide tells her to run.

Bill responds when he feels Sookie in danger. He presents the stripper to Russel and Lorena, who enters the car; Bill follows after her. Lorena and Russel begin to feed on the girl, and Russel insists that Bill joins them. As the three feed on the girl, we see blood pool under the vehicle.
