Big Brother 12 - S.12 Ep.6 - POV Competition - Eviction Prediction - RUMOR INCLUDED

Hey all, welcome back to another edition of Big Brother 12, here at the wonderful world of SpoilerTV.com.  Before I get into this TOO far, I would like to make a mention for all of you to come listen to my live internet radio show called "The Animal House" - LIVE Monday Nights 8pm ET 5pm PT - http://www.animalhouse100.com/ .

This past episode featured the POV competition and I'm completely perplexed at how they messed this up so badly.  I'll get to that in a minute but first(my best Julie Chen impression, hahaha).

The episode begins with Britney crying(again) in the DR saying how she doesn't want to go home but in a bad spot because she doesn't want Monet to go home either.  Britney and Monet MIGHT just be the most annoying HG's of all-time and that says a lot coming from this game.  They both go upstairs and talk to Rachel and kiss her butt and then turns around to each other and bashes her completely.  I'm not saying it's a bad strategy to kiss up to the HoH, however, they are like a little clique in high school that will act your friend to your face but stab you in the back as soon as you turn around.  The childish game continues with them sitting outside together and calling Rachel some pretty bad names.  Granted, this is the persona that she has acheived within the walls of the house but I still think Rachel is smarter than both Britney and Monet combined.

Rachel does have a meltdown about Britney being so upset at being nominated and her and Brendon have a conversation discussing who they should put up if either Britney or Monet come down off the block.  More on this in a minute, but first(lol, sorry).  We have the PoV competition which features the HoH, the 2 nominees and 3 others at random draw.  Rachel picks first and she gets HG choice, in the biggest shocker of the season(sarcasm), she chooses Brendon.  Monet reaches in a selects Lane and Britney picks out Enzo.  Rachel then decides that the very flambouyent Ragan will be our guest host.  The contestants have to stay in a stockade and the person that stays the closest to 1 hour without going over will win.  In a really funny turn of event, BB has decided to slap a dollar bill on the HG's face to try and mess them up during the competition, I'll admit it, I laughed pretty hard.  Britney was the first to drop out of the race, followed by Enzo and then Lane, then Brendon, Monet and finally Rachel.

Everyone went over 1 hour except the winner of the PoV competition, Britney!  Here is where I have a huge problem with the lack of strategy in this game.  Absolutely no one wanted the nominations to change so I have to wonder why no one would drop out as soon as Britney did, JUST to protect her from having no chance at winning?  Rachel did it to Monet at the end, as soon as Monet dropped, Rachel dropped protecting her from winning.  WOW.  Britney won the competition and of course, she will take herself down from the block, meaning Rachel will have to nominate someone else.  This is where I get really confused because Rachel had a complete meltdown about who to put up against Monet.  Whoever this person is, has to be a pawn only as her target and most everyone else is Monet this week.

Matt comes into the HoH room and says instead of putting Andrew up, go ahead and put him up(smart or not?) and Monet is pretty much guaranteed to go home.  After Matt walked out of the room, Rachel quickly was curious as to why Matt would risk himself like that and she kept going back to wanting to put Andrew up.  Brendon was quick to point out that Andrew is the closest thing to a real ally they have so why would she risk him?  Rachel really struggled with this decision and was in tears over it.  I mean, really?  Is it that hard?  Someone offers themselves up to be a pawn against the person you really want out?  You have at least a 1/2 ally, if not more, in Andrew, why would you even consider putting him up?  Rachel = Dumb A$$ because she's Money Dumb.  The real reason why Matt volunteered is because he knows he's 100% safe this week, he has the Brigade, he has Ragan, he has Brendon and whoever might be left, doesn't feel threatened by him.  He's truly the smartest person in the house AND he earned everyone's trust in the house.

So who got put up in the end?  After more deliberation(really?), Britney took herself off the block and Rachel put Matt up, even mentioning that he is just a pawn and a "Sorry Monet".  I loved that little sorry!

MY EVICTION PREDICTION:
All except Britney will vote to evict Monet.

Stay tuned tonight for the LIVE Eviction and a brand new HoH will be crowned!!!

Until Next Time,

There is a rumor going around that all evicted HG's starting this week, until it's utilized, will be sequestered and my only thought would be that someone will earn the chance to re-enter the house.  I've wondered about this since the very beginning since the number of HG's went from 14 to 13 when someone dropped out.  This would be another twist to the game and I LIKE IT!!  I just hope it's true but sources say that it is.
