Hey all, welcome to another edition of BB 12 - today, we'll focus on the latest eviction, who was the Saboteur and who earned the HoH?
We started out the show by seeing the budding romance between Brendon and Rachel. Like high school kids, they put a blanket over their heads while they made out. I've always found this to be odd to cover yourself making out, however, I guess I wouldn't want a ton of people to watch how gross I make it look too. Moving forward, everyone in the house has taken notice of this relationship and more importantly, a very strong alliance. Annie was quick to point out that what Brendon and Rachel have is very similar to what Jeff and Jordan pulled out last season. They were the Final 2 and Jordan won it all.
We also found out the identity of the Saboteur. My guess has been Kathy the entire time and as seen on this episode, most of America agreed with me so I guess it was much to all of our surprise that we found out it was Annie. The BB producers and CBS had to be thinking, "awwwww" that Annie was on the chopping block already. What's more interesting, I completely forgot about it but CBS gave us a great clue as to who the Saboteur was the night the lights went out. As Brendon was walking back into the living room, Annie bumped into him and said something strange to cover herself. I didnt make the connection but it all makes sense now.
During the eviction ceremony, Annie stood up and was quick to point out again, the alliance and bond between Brendon and Rachel and if they aren't dealt with soon, they will be running the house. Rachel didnt say much except act like "she's a dumb girl with big boobs" and the voting had begun. After a vote of 10-0, Annie, The Saboteur, was evicted from the BB House. "BOO!" - CBS Producers. One very interesting note here. As Annie was watching the good-bye messages taped by the other houseguests, Rachel's was the most fun. She was very catty in telling Annie she was glad that she was gone and to stay away from her man but what I loved even more was Annie's retort, "He flirted with me first so enjoy my sloppy seconds." SCORE! I'm sad to see her go now.
The power is back up for grabs and a new HoH will be crowned. This competition, entitled "Majority Rules" put each HG to answer with the majority of other HG's. If a HG was in the minority, they would be eliminated from the competition. The HoH competition went down to the wire between Britney, Rachel and Monet as they reached the tie-breaker question. The question was: "How many gallons of caramel was used in the pit during the last PoV competition?" Britney answered around 60, Rachel answered around 80 and Monet answered around 725.... Congratulations to the new HoH, Rachel - the answer was around 323 gallons used. This certainly is a rags to riches story for this week.
