Two breakout freshman series have found homes in cable syndication: USA has acquired exclusive rights to ABC's comedy "Modern Family," while Oxygen has grabbed exclusive rights to Fox's "Glee."
"Family" will air on USA from Monday through Sunday starting in the fall of 2013.
"Glee" will begin airing on Oxygen in 2013, with a weekend marathon of the second season next January. The net also announced a new reality competition show to search for the next "Glee" star, which will debut next summer.
"Modern Family" and "Glee" are distributed by Twentieth Television and produced by 20th Century Fox Television.
