Results:
This was a very interesting round. The Reader’s Choice side started off a tight competition, but one performer shot into the lead and was never again within reach of any of the other nominees. The Staff side was much closer with only a single point deciding the winner.
The Reader’s Choice March winner is Grey’s Anatomy’s Sarah Drew. She has had a lot to do this season and there is surely a lot more to come her way as the writers work to conclude her story. For reasons that we may never fully understand Sarah Drew will be departing the show at the end of the season. Even with that knowledge, Drew is still delivering one powerful performance after another. The episode she won for, One Day Like This (14x17), saw Drew deliver a truly powerful performance. There were lighter moments, but it was the heavy emotional moments where she shined bright. It is that impactful and memorable performance that led her to win over her very talented fellow nominees. Her performances throughout the episode were standout and made her very deserving of the title of the Readers Choice March Performer of the Month.
The Staff Choice March winner is Agents of SHIELD’s Iain De Caestecker. He won for his stunningly brilliant performance in The Devil Complex (5x14). This episode gave him a lot of different facets to play in regards to Leo Fitz. Throughout the hour his performance was spot on and the dark turn he took Fitz on was a bit terrifying. He made the internal struggle raging within Fitz palpable while also making it very clear that he was not going to back down from the task at hand. It is an episode that will not soon be forgotten in large part to the terrifyingly passionate performance he delivered. He was very deserving of the title of Staff Choice March Performer of the Month.
Sarah Drew’s win is the second Grey’s Anatomy performer to win in 2018 making that show the first to be disqualified from all future rounds. Sarah Drew and Camilla Luddington will represent Grey’s Anatomy in the 2018 Performer of the Year contest.

After an astounding number of nominations, we have come up with an impressive list of nominees. It will be very interesting to see who will prevail in the voting this month.
Now it's time to determine who will be our March Reader's Choice Performer of the Month. The results will remain hidden for the duration of voting. The results of this poll and the Staff voting will be revealed after the poll closes.
