The network has picked up multicamera entry Brothered Up, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The multicamera comedy revolves around an emotionally guarded African-American cop who is partnered with an emotionally available Pakistani cop and who together are forced to find a way to connect as they patrol a Detroit neighborhood.
Mark Gross (Man With a Plan, Mike and Molly) will pen the script and exec produce for CBS Television Studios.
